They are very understanding and when you call for urgent help they come! They go above and beyond to give excellent service. The guys who came out were super friendly, worked hard and didn't mind me asking a million questions. They were the best! They started at 10am & didnt leave until the job was done @7pm!!! We called another who was very rude and refused to come out and fix their mess ups and Goolsby came out with put hesitation and fixed it!! will always HIGHLY recommend Goolsby! Won't ever call anyone else!

They were able to come out next day for us. The fellow that we worked with was super nice, looked at a couple of different issues we had, and the repairs were affordable. Would recommend and we'll certainly use again.

We had a washing machine drain to overflow Sunday morning. Jon from Goolsby responded and freed the flow promptly and professionally.

Jonathan came out to find and repair a leak from the last freeze. Even though tons of people had freeze damage they came out quickly and worked with our schedule. No nonsense and explained everything well. Definitely no upsell and a very fair price. Will use again and will not look elsewhere. So happy I called them.

Outstanding service. Did a thorough job and even took time after the repair to explain everything to us about what they did. The cost for my repair was absolutely satisfactory.
1 "complaint" I may have, is I called at 7am for them to come out and they weren't able to get to my place until 3pm. It was a bit inconvenient that I couldn't know exactly what time they would be at my house, so I had to stay home all day waiting for them. I suppose it just means they do such a great job, that everyone is calling them!
+++ if you ask them to come fix something for you, you will have a much better day if you just set the whole day aside for them even if they will only spend a few minutes on your project. It is DEFINITELY worth the wait, folks!!

I had a 220 outlet put in for my car I just bought. Reasonable price, and very quick turnaround.

Your on call person made it clear he wasn't going to waste his time coming out to fix our plumbing. Didn't even ask what the problem was before telling me that. I even asked if he could come out tomorrow and he made it clear that was not happening either. Thanks for the help, Happy New Year

Got my latest bill, I'm happy. They've been out a couple of times for different issues, once on a weekend. Both times I was able to COMMUNICATE with the tech and they both were very friendly courteous and prompt. I'm not an idiot I know the concepts I just want the work done right and want to talk through what your going to do. Another major place in town sent by my insurance had horrible communication, were rude or completely ignored me, and barely did adequate work. I'll definitely hire them again and the bill was very reasonable. Customer service basics go a long way. Thanks guys good job!

As always, great service. Quick and answered my husband's questions easily and patiently.

This is a wonderful place for kids and adults. This is so educational for children of ages. The only draw back, in my opinion, is parents let the kids loose with no supervision.
