Called to get them to unclog a toilet and the lady who answered the phone was rude and said for me to call Roto Rooter back that she didnt want to mess with it and then rudely hung up the phone. Who ever the lady is answering the phone needs to go back to school to learn customer satisfaction and how to not be rude to customers!!!! I wouldn't recommend them for anything!!!!

Said "we're not taking calls in your area, bye." And immediately hung up on me. Unprofessional and rude.

I highly recommend this company! The staff is great--professional, courteous, very helpful, diligent, competent, AND reasonably priced. They truly are top notch.

I sit with an elderly woman and when Goolsby's came to fix the outside faucets not only did they fix the faucets they help me fix a toilet and the worker that was here change to light bulbs for me for nothing because he see me having a hard time on the ladder amazing company amazing price has an amazing employees
