My coil froze up so I called to see if they could come fix it. They said they would give my number to their technician and he would give us a call to let us know when he could be here. I didn't hear from him for hours so I called another company and their tech called us within an hour to give us an ETA. He came out reasonably quickly and had us back up and running the same day. We didn't hear anything from Gilley's tech until the following day.

Great business! A couple years ago had issues with my system. Called another local business and they said they couldn't repair the issue and I would need a whole new system, 10k to 15k dollars. Called Gilley's and they fixed the issue for less than $400. Recently had a problem with the control panel. Marty called me the same day with two quotes for a new one, $800 or $300. I really appreciate that they don't seem to be out to make as much as they can off their customers. A big thanks to Marty and his team for the great service.

We accidentally shorted out some wiring when installing a new thermostat on a HOT Tuesday night and were desperate to fix the problem ASAP. Gilley’s was quick to answer the next morning and a technician was able to get to our house around 11 that morning to fix the problem. Ryan was quick and thorough with his work and made sure to figure out what exactly happened with our system. He left to grab materials and came back in the same day to permanently fix our issue and give recommendations on installing a new thermostat. We are very pleased with our interaction and would reach out to this company again for future AC/heating issues.

I called in reference to my coil had frozen. Secretary was very nice about it, but it's been 2 days and no response. I called back and was told that there were others that were more priority than mine. I called Hagler's Heating and Cooling and they responded in 3 hours. Almost had to book a hotel.

I highly recommend Gilley's for all your HVAC needs. After multiple calls and waiting for a over week for home warranty provider to replace AC unit I called Gilley's in desperation. Their technician arrived in a couple of hours and quickly diagnosed the issue and returned the next day to install the new central air unit. We're customers for life.

I got a new home built and I wouldn’t recommend the builder either which is Kriser homes but thts another story thts too long but Gilley was suppose to come check a split unit tht has never been used and they never showed up after speaking to the owner I guess but I took off work and now got to take another day for a issue tht could have been fixed today ridiculous horrible business practice I say practice because looking at other reviews it’s habit not just a mistake

Our unit would cool down at night but would go back up to 77 in the day time so I called Gilleys and they came out and They said that they put 3lb Freon and chatged me 365 dollars so now neather inside or outside unit is running and it is 81 in here right now so we will have to sleep hot tonight I will call someone else next time after I talk to them in the morning because they don’t work at night so I do not recommend them

Never used them, but my fiance had an incident with them and they were incredibly rude to her for walking slow while she is 9 months pregnant. Then said that wasn't a good enough reason. Maybe their work is is good but their attitude is not.

Called around 10 am Wednesday. Was here by 2pm the same day. Took the information on unit to order parts I needed. Parts came in next day. They came after they got parts and had it fixed by 230 that afternoon. Highly recommend.
