Very happy with the service from Goolsby Plumbing & Electric. Thomas came by and did a super job, very helpful and friendly, worked quickly. He helped with a light fixture, breaker box, and ground wire for pool pump.
Their office staff is responsive, and they use multiple channels to connect with their customers, email, web, phone, txt message, etc. I will be calling on them again if I need plumbing or electric service.

Jonathan was a super nice young man and went the extra mile to help me out. The service was outstanding and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them. They were even able to get me in two days earlier than scheduled.

POOR RESPONSE AND INADEQUATE SERVICE WITH NO FOLLOW UP. Goolsby Plumbing recently serviced bathtub plumbing/cleaned tub drain lines for slow draining tub. Shortly afterwards, we discovered tub still draining slow. I called them several times to report problem still existed. Each time the "receptionist" said owner was on another call and would call me back. Never happened! So the Drain problem never totally fixed at a cost of nearly $250. My loss their gain. So had another plumber out who found the drain was still clogged. He did his job and we have had no drainage problems since. In my opinion Goolsby should have done this right the first time or at least came back to correct the issue. Will never ever use them again!

Simply the best in the area. We have had nothing but good experiences with Goolsby. We were actually first referred to them by another plumber who could not do the job we needed.

Great people to work with. They are always prompt with scheduling and up front about what's going on when there is an issue. The ladies that answer the phone are always sweet and understanding and will get you worked in for true emergencies. The workers are knowledgeable and do explain what's going on very well to people that truly don't understand anything about plumbing and electric. I recommend them to anyone

Good work on unplugging sewer line. They showed up promptly and took care of the problem.

Fast and professional. Had a pipe burst under my house. They made it within two hours of my call and were done in 45 minutes. Very reasonable prices will definitely use them again in the future.

Broke my lights while wiring and didn't tell me, just left glass all over the floor and my lights disconnected.

These people are amazing. We were in seeing our daughter that is pregnant when Alabama Power stopped to tell them meter set off an alarm. Alabama power informed my daughter they would need to contact someone asap due to they were going to be without power due to burnt hardware in the box that could cause a fire. Goolsby Brothers (Roger)was here within an hour of us contacting them and had the job done. Cost was inexpensive! Again amazing people.
