We just purchased a new HVAC system through Stinnett and couldn't be happier! From the first phone call to the final touches, they were extremely professional! I had numerous HVAC companies come by for estimates and Stinnett blew all of them out of the water. I will definitely be using Stinnett for all my heating and cooling needs from here on out!

Had a little issue installing my smart thermometer myself which i shouldn't have touched in the first place. So long story short I ended up with no a/c for the night. Lol everyone was upset oops sorry. So of course I had to fix that mistake I called Stinnett and guess what they came out the same day to fix the problem. Awesome service fast and reliable. Will use them again if something goes wrong. Which I hope doesn't happen anytime soon.. This DIY should be left alone. 🤣 oh paying was a breeze I went in person and the young lady was so nice love it! Thank you again.

My system started having issues Tuesday June 7th… i called the same day and someone was out the next day.. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.. Professional and friendly whenever I call and the technician is working on my unit.. I’ve been using them for a few years now and highly recommend!!!

I have been using Stinnett Heating and Cooling for over 10 years. These are the best people to work with. And Shannon is an Angel kind caring just a sweetheart.
I had a wire break on my thermostat that runs outside to the unit. When I got there bill it was 30 dollars. I called them they told me we only found that wire was there less than tem minutes so we just charged you for gas and time who else would do this no one in my town. Because I am no weight bearing on right leg due to broken ankle they moved me to the top of service calls was here in less than an hour.

They came out yesterday to fix our A/C but it never worked. They charged me $146. I called first thing, 07:00 Saturday, 6/29/2019 and I was told they couldn't get here until Monday. I should have priority since I've already been charged for a service that didn't fix the problem. The service tech Derrick was a great guy, I'd give him 5 stars, but a company that blows you off after you've paid them for service that isn't working only gets 1 star. I'll be expecting a refund.

Very professional and competitive prices. I bought a complete setup with 10 years parts and labor warranty. Just recently had a small issue that made the air conditioning inoperative and it was resolved the same day. I live 40 miles from their office and that's impressive to me.

System went out around noon. Called and they came out the next morning and fixed the problem. Fast, friendly, efficient. They also installed the unit a couple years ago.
