I called Woodall when my air handler blower stopped working. The reception staff was very kind and courteous. Fortunately, they were able to work me in their schedule the same afternoon I called. Kevin, the technician quickly assessed the problem and had the necessary part on hand to fix it. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He also took the time to look over the rest of my hvac unit and make sure everything else was in proper order. Highly recommended! Thanks!

Cindy in service was polite and nice, Tucker called to let us know when the service tech would be there and Kevin showed up within the timeframe that Tucker gave me. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and was not bothered by my dogs. I am very pleased with the service I received.

These guys are fantastic!! Kyle was wonderful to work with. We had our AC mess up and they had it fixed before 8am the next morning. They were quick, efficient, and so kind! We would definitely recommend them to others and will be using them moving forward

Kevin came out and repaired our mini split unit, as well as inspection of it and our inside unit. We called yesterday to schedule and they were here next morning at 9 am. He was very detailed in explanation, and gave us the full written report of what he did. Very professional. He also kept great communication with his ETA. We are very happy with this repair and service call!

If I could leave more stars I would! The technician arrived when they said he would and did a thorough inspection to find the problem. Our AC was back up and running within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable so we went ahead and signed up for the inspection plan.

HUGE shout out to Woodall Heating & Cooling! The spring on my garage door broke this morning, trapping my car inside. Visited their website at 6 am to figure out when they open, discovered that they have a "text us" feature (which I utilized). I received a response by 6:30 am and was able to schedule service order. The tech over the phone was extremely polite and helpful. The other techs who arrived to make the repair were super professional and friendly as well, and had my door fixed by 8:30 am. Great job!!! 📢
