Woodalls was amazing! They were able to send a technician out to evaluate our unit same day. Why they couldn’t fix it same day, they were able to get the unit up and running. We only had to wait two days to have the part we needed delivered to them and installed in our home. Definitely worth giving them a call for any AC or heating needs.

Mr. Derrick quickly diagnosed our problem and gave us a quote. He did the repair in a timely manor. He is a true professional. Every business needs workers as great as he is to grow and develop a customer base that knows that the repairs will be done right the first time. Highly recommend Woodall Heating and Cooling.

They came on a weekend day when I had called because my AC stopped working. They diagnosed the problem immediately and began work on fixing it. He even gave me maintenance tips to adhere by every time I change my filter out!!! SO THANKFUL to have cool air again (and super fast!) because of Woodall!!!

Service was excellent! I called and left a message with the polite answering service after hours on Wednesday night and they arrived Thursday morning bright and early. The tech spotted the issue immediately and had it running in less than half an hour. They were polite, professional, and timely.

Our HVAC unit downstairs stopped working at 9pm on Friday night. I called and the answering service took a message. Mike called me back immediately and knew exactly what the problem was. He was so professional and never hesitated to answer our questions. He told us exactly what to do and had us back up and running within an hour. I will definitely use Woodalls again! Woodall is an excellent service for your heating and air conditioning needs. A technician was sent out the same day I called for a repair. Their technician, Matt, did an excellent job diagnosing the problems and fixing them the same day. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Woodall Heating and Cooling.

Since I’ve moved to Enterprise Alabama, I’ve called upon Woodall to take care of my HVAC needs. The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful each time they served my unit.

6/6/23 Yesterday evening I called for service on my A/C at 7:15 PM when it wouldn't turn on. The answering service picked up my call and I left message requesting for someone to check out the problem the next day. I was asked if I needed after hours service and have someone to come out that night. I declined but wanted to be assured that I could get service the next day. Woodall called me back today at 7:30 AM saying that Kevin could be there in 10 to 15 minutes. He worked quickly and efficiently to have my A/C back running within the hour. That was a big relief to me because it wasn't too difficult to make it through the night w/o A/C , but trying to get through the day when temps were expected to be around 90° is another matter. Kevin also was very courteous and respectful. When I commented that I usually shut off my lights if I wasn't in that room/space, he proceeded to do so. I have never been disappointed with Woodall's attention to the problems that I have had with either heating or cooling in my home.
