Overall great experience called on Monday to schedule service and they were great to set up on a time and day when I was available,gave me a time frame and I got a call to see I tech could come early which was great for me and the tech Jeff was professional and informative about what he was doing and checking. Overall great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

They came in and installed complete ac and heating system. The crew was knowledgeable and completed the task quickly. The new unit had a faulty sump pan level switch which was shutting off the ac. Technician came out and diagnosed issue and replaced part. Unit has been working very well and very satisfied with install. Great customer service!

Called at buisness closing about A/C not working, was ask could it wait until tommorow so not to incur an after hour charge for service man to come out, I said yes. Technician was at our house in the morning, had a temp repair done in about an hour while they ordered a part. Part came in installed without incident, extremely satisfied with the whole process. Will continue to use Woodall in the future.

Woodall is a great company to work with, they provide great service. I’ve used them for several things even my garage repair. The guys were great to work with, very nice and knowledgeable.I would recommend them to anyone.

Garage door repair.

My AC stopped working yesterday afternoon, and the tech, Kevin, was sent out first thing this morning. The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. He was able to provide annual maintenance on the other 2 units in the same visit. Great service!

Woodall’s has been very responsive, kept me informed today about the time to expect serviceman, and even tho it was hot, humid AND the end of the serviceman’s work day he still pulled thru!!! Thank you so much. You are appreciated as a company and we certainly appreciate the service men that help keep you going each day. Job well done!

On 05/16/2023 I had two units Serviced. Tech. the young man did not do a complete good job. I was very dissatisfied with his performance. On 05/19/2023 Tech. Dereick came to my home to replace an Air Duct in the attic and sealed some ductwork. Wow, he is an amazing young man. Dereick was very professional, well mannered, very respectful, thorough, and made me very satisfied with his work. He brings VALUE to the company. On 06/13/2023 I called the office with a concern about my two Heat Pumps Units outdoors and Woodall Manager (Kyle) sent Tech Jeff today to my home. Thank you Kyle 😊. Jeff is another amazing Tech. Jeff has came to my home before, and each time he always does a great job. He brings VALUE to the company.

The technician showed up same day as requested and had the issue resolved in under an hour. Very professional, polite and helpful. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Very courteous and professional with such meticulous attention to detail when installing a new mini- split unit in our garage. They were so careful to install without disrupting our landscaping and what minimal amount they did disrupt, they put back so that you would never know they had been there. Very happy with the recent visit to install our mini-split and will definitely continue to use them!
