I've used Woodall for 14 years and I have found them to be very professional and thorough!

Iv had maintenance on the system twice now and both times the guys were very professional, kind, and quick. I don't remember the first time much, but this time they told me he'd be there about right before lunch and he was a little bit late but that's ok, he still called before he'd be there as I requested. Customer service on the phone was also very straightforward and nice, they somehow miraculously avoided confusing me which was great.

Hector did the maintenance service today. It was evident he knew what he was doing. He explained what he was doing without me having to ask. He worked continuously until finished. Good service!

Technician was courteous and explained what he was doing and why. I do recommend.

Update:
I've called Woodall mid afternoon with a problem with a garage door opener that would not close my door. Even though I live about 40 minutes from them, they had a technician at my home before the end of the day.
I highly recommend Woodall.

Woodall offers an ESA agreement for the maintenance of heat pump units. They installed two Trane units when my home was built five years ago. They do all my maintenance work for me. They’re alwYs very prompt, professional , friendly and their fees are reasonable.

The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Very pleasant personality and great with customer service. I will be contacting them for future service.

They were backed up and unable to get to my house for about 3 days. (To be fair, I think this just speaks to the quality of their work and the fact that customers go back to them year after year.) But the staff was friendly. The pricing was fair. The tech was congenial, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. Overall, it was as great of an experience as I could have had with a broken HVAC. I especially appreciated that they didn’t try to push extra work or products onto me.

Very professional. Didn't have to wait long for their service after I called.

Mike, from Woodall, called before coming was on time and was very cordial. As I was nearby he explained the process and the results.
