I can not express my gratitude for this company. The gentleman that came and the woman on the phone were both so so pleasant. I’ve recently moved here and I could not get my bath to stop running and within 30 minutes everything was fixed and I had learned a lot and! The price for everything was fair and a lot better than what I was expecting. I will definitely keep coming back to this company from now on.

I called several electricians/plumbers and they were unable to help me fast enough. I found the receptionist very friendly and efficient. Jon came out and promptly installed the hot water heater. The next day I had a plum bing issue and Jon and John came and resolved the issue. I'm very satisfied with the service.

I want to say Thank You. Both yesterday and today 5 and 6 June 2019, I had electrical issues at my house. First of all yesterday, after a heat alarm AL Power shut my meter and electric off because a of broken lug at the meter box. I called you at 7:40 in the morning, and you set everything aside to come to my house because it was going to be a hot day 99+ degrees and get me fixed back up. By 1130am you were complete and my power was back on. Then today, a separate issue with power flickering on and off all on its own, I called you about 7:35 and this time you were at my house and you fixed two bad breakers that were arcing by 9am and I was back in business. That tells me you flex your employees to meet the needs of all your customers. So, I just simply want to thank you for your service and dedication to your customers. I am not a previous customer prior to yesterday but you will be my primary go to Electric business from this date forward. Called today to cancel our schedule time for them to be at our home only after I waited all morning for them. Lady was VERY unprofessional and VERY rude. Said she had clients that where more important than the electric issues we had. She should have said that a week ago when I scheduled them. Don't bother with these type of people. Carry your business else where.

Grate customer service excellent worck and all my customers say that it’s the best price in twon. Got some remodeling projects coming I definitely will use them. Very important And the review from Richard carver. Don’t pay attention. That person it’s not good. We did some worck for him and had a very bad experience. And he have mes the reputation of at least 30 grate companies

Trying to pack and move with 2 kids is always hard. Had a leak in the bottom bathroom that was effecting the wall. Thomas came out and Fixed it. Even though I rent he is the first in 5 years of dealing with any service industry that was extremely professional, did his job well, cleaned up after himself, had a great attitude, (even with my little one running around) I am use to dealing with people who come to fix something that makes me feel like I'm in their way, that talk too much, that make it more hassle than need be, that take too many breaks, that are in horrible moods, or don't communicate at all. Best service I've encountered in half a decade. If you have plumbing issues ask for Thomas. Beyond wonderful to work with.
