Outstanding work and professionalism. Two difficult tasks, 1 in a narrow attic, the other in a crawlspace. Was even able to cut out drywall in order to install a new exhaust fan where there wasn't anything before. Even cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.

I had an in the wall busted water line at my shower around 6pm Saturday (on a holiday weekend). I was in a panic....literally! I called Goolsby and got their answering services they took all my information, telling me that they would have someone call me. I hung up thinking OMG do I have a mess. Well...within 5 mins I was called back and then in less than20 mins Mr. Roger with Goolsby was at my home. Such a wonderful, nice and polite gentleman. He got straight to work and within no time all was repaired, back on man was I relieved. The cost was reasonable for the time and work done. I'm very confident that I want have to worry about that little copper elbow for a long time. Thanks so much Goolsby Plumbing for the fast and efficient response and thank you too Roger for being so nice and quick to arrive at my home!!!

Wow! Awesome customer service, they were communicative and early and Thomas took care of the shower drip and replaced two vent fans quickly. Real professionals and super-reasonable on the bill. I would call them again in a second (but I hope I don't need to).

This inquiry may have been sent to me in error. Goolsby Bros. hasn't been to my home in several months. However, when they have been it has always been a great experience. I have never found fault with them.
The plumber (NOT Goolsby Bros.) sent by our home protection plan has yet to put in an appearance.

Had them do an electrical inspection on the house we just bought, their tech John was very professional and thorough. After fixing the issues he found and addressing the concerns we had, our bill was very reasonable. These guys are busy, so don’t get upset if they don’t get back to you right away, they’ll get you taken care of.

One of the two new toilets installed wouldn't flush properly. on subsequent service call, technician bent the rod on the toilet mechanism but now toilet is not flushing properly . Requested new replacement toilet weeks ago.

If you have an emergency plumbing issue, do not call Goolsby Bros. I called tonight because my main drain is clogged. I’ve been working on it all day making multiple trips to Lowe’s. The first question the guy asked me was “why’d ya wait so late to call?”… very unprofessional. If you do not want to be on call then do not be on call. Have a better attitude about your job and the fact that you have one.

Awesome. I have used them a few times since I recently purchased an older home.

I am pleased with Goolsby Brothers overall service. The technician arrived at the same day when I called, and it took him about an hour to identify and fix the electrical problem we had. I recommend!

The only thing, a telephone lady was a little abrupt; it might do better if she is more pleasant over the phone.

Installed a new circuit breaker box at my house. The Goolsby tech knew what he was doing, charged a fair price, and we've had no issues.
