Terrance and Jay did a marvelous job putting in our new unit. They were very concerned about our comfort and worked so hard go get it done. When they left the areas were cleaned and the temp in the house started dropping quickly. Aaron has some very knowledgeable and courteous employees.

These guys were very prompt and professional. They came out within 30 minutes of the service call being placed and were able to get my air conditioner up and working in no time. The price was very reasonable. I also purchased their maintenance contract which provides me with discounted prices, priority scheduling and two maintenance check-ups each year. I would highly recommend them.

This company installed the unit in my house brand new in 2014. Trying to get them to repair it has proven to be next to impossible. I've spoken to the owner, Mike, on the phone numerous times and was told that someone would either be at my home that day or the next and no one ever shows up or even calls to let you know that they won't make it. I got someone here Monday only because I drove to their office and asked if someone was going to come out. the unit broke again the following day. I called another company and had someone at my house in less than fifteen minutes. Only then did I find out my unit needs a part replaced. I'm a disabled veteran a stroke survivor I have a seizure disorder and I get severe headaches. Im done with these people.

I normally don’t do reviews but I feel I must because I am blown away by their amazing customer service, knowledge, and professionalism. I have called several times asking many questions - I am one of THOSE customers. I also contacted several other companies in the area. My initial thought was to go with one of the more known HVAC companies but I knew the very first time I called, this was the company to use. I first spoke to Amy in the office and let me say, she treats everyone like you’ve been friends forever. She is the sweetest, courteous, and most professional person I’ve spoken to in all of Dothan regarding my heat. She is patient and answered all of my questions and impressed me with her knowledge. There was one thing she was unsure about and told me she would get an answer and call me right back...and she did! I am not impressed very easily and I was definitely impressed by her professionalism and sweet attitude. She sent a tech to my house, Jeremy, and all I can say is what a team Mr. Frost has in Amy and Jeremy. From the first phone call to the last one and all the service in between, I am so Impressed and I will NEVER use another company for any of my ac needs. I like that no matter what, I can call the office and discuss my situation with Amy and she genuinely cares. I love that I can call and request Jeremy and usually have home out for service before the end of the day. They treat everyone like family amd are a dynamic duo. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs. If I could rate them both a perfect 10, I would. I sure hope the owner sees this review!

FAST, friendly service from both of these individuals. They have always gone over and above for any problems or concerns at my business and are very professional and friendly. They ALWAYS go the xtra mile to get the job done and done right. I highly recommend them for any and all of your heating and air conditioning needs. They arrive quickly and on time and have always been able to get me up and running, even on weekends and after business hours. Terrance has been the technician on my last few service calls, and he has always been prompt, friendly and really has gone over the top in service for all of my needs. 10 stars to Aaron Frost, especially Shane and Terrance.

Very polite and professional, he came to balance the AC as weather was too cold last fall to do so when system was opened up for service.

Terrance and Jay did a wonderful job . they had 2 come out 3 separate times with a very troublesome unit and each time they were great. they were very friendly and explained everything very thoroughly. replaced my whole ac unit in record time . my dog loved them to very good service.

I was referred to this company by one of our clients. The bid I received was more than $2000.00 less for my install then other companies in the area quoted and the work was done the next day. I also manage properties in the Panhandle area and have used them several times since then. Aaron Frost has continued to provide great customer service and pricing.

They even fixed some incorrectly installed piping they noticed on the water heater, which was done by a different company without me asking for it.

The technician they dispatched was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for AC service
