I called and within 30 minutes they came out to check my ac. i couldn't believe that it was only $50 for a service call. Most companies were charging $80+ just to come out and wanted to charge you just as much by the hour. Many companies website said they were 24 hour service but could not fix my ac for the next 2 days?? Michael did a quick and wonderful job and got my ac running in no time. I really appreciated them coming out when no other company would. thank you mike and aaron frost! i would definetly recommend this company to anyone!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

On may 11th i found out after being closed for 2 months, my walk in was not working properly. It came down to it being unrepairable and the company worked with me to get the price down to $6200 for a replacement unit.

In the beginning, the walk in was staying too warm so they sent a technician. The technician told me i needed a new part and that he ordered it.

A few days later the part was delivered to the wrong warehouse and when it finally arrived, they came out 3 days later to put it on.

The technician sent pictures and confirmation to his supervisor to confirm it was properly installed.

The walk in then began to freeze all my products but with going in and out of it, it stayed at a usable temperature. The company sent the lead supervisor the next day and he claimed the first technician "just didnt know what he was doing and had 2 wires reversed" he then assured me it was fixed.

The next day everything in my walk in was frozen solid. I lost over $800 worth of product. The supervisor returned and without telling me anything specific, he told me it was 100% fixed this time. He continued to blame the original technician THE ENTIRE TIME.

The NEXT day, june 17th, all my product was frozen solid AGAIN! I called the main office and they said they were going to send the same supervisor. I told her i didnt want him there and i need the owners number.

I called the owner (Mike) and when he answered all he wanted to do was laugh about his employees incompetence, laugh about the cooler freezing my product and laugh about his supervisor blaming the other technician.

He hung up on me and i had to call the office back to get a technician to come out. He called me back almost an hour later to tell me his phone had died. He asked for pictures of the fan unit, so i sent them to him. It was pointed out by him that the bulb thermometer that controls the thermostat was in a bad spot and it was causing the problem. I asked why his head supervisor wouldnt know that and he laughed about that too!!!

I moved the thermometer per his instruction and when his technician arrived, he replaced the thermostat (not sure why) and wedged the thermometer bulb between the cooling grate and the side of the unit.

After attempting to call the owner for over an hour, he finally answered and acted like everything was ok and that it was no harm no foul. I asked him what we were going to do about the over $800 i lost due to frozen product and he said "i dont see how thats my responsibility" and that he would cut me a deal on future repairs. ALL REPAIRS SHOULD BE FREE!! I JUST PAID THIS MAN $6200 FOR THE WALK IN!!! After i told him that he said "if the walk in wasnt working right you shouldnt have put anything in it."

I hope to god the walk in is actually fixed this time because i do not EVER want to have to this grotesquely disrespectful excuse for a human being again. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY CLEAR OF THESE CON ARTISTS.

Excellent service, we called and the tech was out within 30 minutes and had our air running better than it ever has. blowing cold air in less than an hour and only charged us 80 dollars.

I meet a technician of Aaron Frost at a local business in town named Terrance. He came with another technician to a old local church that I returned back to after I retired from 30 years of Service to attend Worship Services that was in need of serious duct work repair and add additional line to the bathrooms. Let me just say to Jeremy , David, John, Paul and Chris and one other technician BRAVO ZULU!!! my hats off to these guys for the amount of work and attention to detail to ensuring that the mission would be complete, these guys did a Super job for a Great Price. They walked me through the job before and after completing the work. Thanks 🙏 to Jeremy and his crew at Aaron Frost. Note I had 3 quotes but chose these guys for hands on and explaining the process-look no further make Frost the first and last call. Ret. LCDR USN

Requested a service call on a Sunday (I understand that it tends to be a little busy). Made a reservation for 3 hours after I called. after 4.5 hours, called back wondering what happened. Office told me repairman would call me directly. After another 1.5 hours (6 hours total), I called office back and told them to forget it.

The workload of the company is not what bothered me, it was the lack of communication.
