We already had high expectations because we've heard nothing but glowing reviews, but our experience far exceeded our expectations. I would not recommend Aaron Frost. This company was the contractor selected by my home warranty company. On the first visit, they did not show at the allotted time, in fact, showed several hours later. When the technician did show, he came ill prepared with any information about my requested service even though it had been sent to them via the warranty company. When the parts were supplied to them by the warranty company, they called to set up a appointment. They did not show at that appointment either. I received a call 16 mins after the appointment window, to say they would be at my home at 5 pm. At 6 pm a representative came to my home, but wasn't there to fix my air conditioner. The owner was called, I discussed the issue with him; however, he called me to say they would not be servicing my air conditioner. This is despite the fact that they have received parts from the warranty company. Unreliable and unprofessional are understatements! I could not be less happy with the service.

My first contact was with the office staff, they were able to get me an appointment that met my time schedule.They are very friendly and helpful. The tech that came out was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about my unit. He had it repaired with in minutes. I would Highly recommend Aaron Frost Heating and Cooling.

Ronnie and I had our unit go out and Terrance came out and got it going for us. He told us we may have a bigger problem and we did. To fix the current unit would have been too much to put into an old unit. He came back out a few days later and got us up and going until they could get a new unit installed. Very professional and courteous! Thanks Terrance and Aaron's!
