I have done insulation from this company. Job done was great and service was excellent.

Very disappointed! I couldn't make to the house to get an estimate to have an ac and heat pump installed along with new duct work and electrical. My wife was home for it and the guy that came to the house was very rude to her. He thought he need to tell her what was wrong with our house when we are currently remodeling an older home. Yeah I know that my floors are not done, and yeah i know that plug in isn't to code that's why its getting fixed. I was quoted a price $2000 higher than all other quotes. I don't know about his products but would never have someone work on my house with this attitude.

I have no hesitation recommending this Company. I also bought my furnace from this Company.

Heating and Air Conditioning has outperformed, in my opinion, every other company we have dealt with. Friendly and straight with the facts.

Well after calling them out and having them check my unit(which they only did a half job), tearing down a wall, drilling the wire hole, and then crawling under the house myself to run the wire, and of course paying a nice bill I find my compressor won't kick in. I call them back and am insulted, insinuated that I had messed up the wiring which I didn't touch. They assumed I had done something to the unit. That alone should tell you what kind of business they are. Their motto..."The best in dothan ac repair, refrigeration, and customer service." That is laughable, customer service please.

The young man who came to service our furnace was very professional and knowledgeable.

Everyone I came in contact with was so helpful and kind! I'm not well versed in the HVAC lingo and they were sure to explain everything simply to me! A great experience all around, and will definitely be referring them to friends and family!
