I bought an A/C 2022 from Wagoner A/C and called Jason on Thursday May 18 because house wasn’t cooling like it should and Jason responded by sending his Technician Daniel out to house on Friday after lunch. I was out of town but Daniel came and my wife was home to meet with him. Daniel serviced the unit cleaned all the parts and then took the time to explain to my wife all the maintenance work he did. When she didn’t understand she called me and gave him the phone so he could explain to me all that he did and told me how important it is to have someone come out every six months to check it out and clean it and service on regular basis. Great guy Daniel and very knowledgeable about A/C’s i highly recommend this company if you ever need an A/C or servicing.

Wagner Air Conditioning Tech Daniel was EXCELLENT!! He knew everything about my system before opening it up. He found the issue super fast, got the part needed, and got it installed faster than most HVAC Techs I have ever seen. He is a very efficient man! I really appreciate his help!
Side note: I noticed, from a distance, he was very careful not to scratch my floors when working in the area!! Solid guy!

Daniel was here within 45 minutes of calling and had the unit back up and running within 20 minutes. Super educational, professional and nice guy. Will be using him for all future issues! 5 stars all the way!!!

Mike and Rod were the servicemen who came out the same day I called. They were polite and friendly professionals who promptly identified the problem and fixed it on the spot! I absolutely recommend Wagner and will be using them again in the future!
