I have ordered a few things from Northern and my local West Allis store has always given me great service. I will be back!

Very unprofessional store I made a purchase of pallet jack I have a confirmation order number I called the store they said we have three available in stock I got all kind of confirmation from them that it’s available the second day on Monday, December 29, 2020 I paid for a truck and for a guy to come help me get it when I got there the manager Lisa or maybe she just claiming to be the manager she said we don’t have it and she claimed that the sale was rejected even though I verbally verified the sale with one of the associate the day before
And yet she had me leave empty-handed after all these expenses but I lost very poor customer service no accommodation whatsoever for my inconvenience and no assurance that you’ll ever get your merchandise I do not recommend this place at all

Checkout process sucks when using a promo code for an email gift card with purchase. I want to pickup the merchandise (all in stock) e-card to be emailed so it was not in stock. Check out process want to ship items that I want to pickup. Got stuck in an endless loop.

The staff were all very helpful and I found everything I needed! The store is also very clean so I felt safe and comfortable shopping there. Would definitely recommend!

Staff reluctant to assist when called upon. Left standing for 15 minuets after one staff member said he would find an item for me - never came back. Left store unhappy with service.

I placed an order online for parts for my log splitter from them on labor day. When placing the order it said that estimated delivery was that Wednesday to the following monday. I recieved confirmation of my parts shipping wed morning but the parts did not actually ship until 8pm that night. Now the estimated delivery is Thursday 8 days after shipping from South Carolina to Ohio. I called FedEx and they told me that the legnth of delivery was due to the type of shipping NT chose. The package goes as far as my local post office and will be delivered by USPS. When I called NT they offered me a $25 gift card to buy more stuff off of them so i can sit and wait for more cheap shipping.

I always enjoy going to Northern Tool the staff is always extremely helpful. If they don't have what you need they will definitely help you find it, even if it may not be with Northern Tool. As a consumer, that is some of the best customer service around and it's what keeps me going back time and time again.
