Extremely unhelpful. I called ahead to verify that they had a part and, that the parts guy was there. He said he was there until 4pm. I arrived at 3:20pm and, he was gone. Every other employee said that there was nothing they could do. The part I needed was literally on the other side of the counter but, no one could be "troubled" to assist. I immediately bought it from Amazon and I'll have it tomorrow. Guess this is another brick and mortar store that's doomed. I needed a few other items as well but, I decided to get those online too...and they were cheaper.

ive made several purchases from northern tool in the past, and never had a problem. I sent my wife their to make a pickup for me, and wow what a difference. the woman working the front register has no clue as to where anything is in the store and would not help out by calling someone to help. She said just walk around the store and you will find someone who works here, my wife finds someone to help, says to the guy i dont wand the one on the shelf i want one in the box. he reply's if you dont take the floor model we cannot sell you 1. are you f-ing kidding me, My wife had to deal with one more store employee who was rude and short to my wife for no reason at all. goodbye northern tool I'll take my $ to harbor freight tools. .

I haven't step insight Northern Tool Store in for more than 2 years because I bought and item and came defective and when I went to return it at West Allis Wisconsin, the Afro American Manager that was there at that time was very rude and gave me a hard time in front of all the customers in the store. After living the store I had just received a credit card from Northern Tool, I cutted in pieces and putted in the garbage

Tools and equipment for a variety of jobs. People are friendly and helpful. Low prices for quality stuff . Buy online and pick up in store.. Free store delivery . Curbside pickup. Sign up for mailer and get useful coupons. Service on power equipment is quality and reasonable cost.

Lightning fast delivery and for only $20. Well worth saving the trip to West Allis from Genesee. I ordered at 3:30 pm and it was at my house at 7:30 pm. I wasn't expecting it until the next day according to what their website said. I will definitely order from them again.

Oh my, what a dump! 1970's out of date, high prices generally 30% more than local competitors. Then you experience the customer "no service" in the store. One worker is out at front fence smoking with no acknowledgement. Then there are Two more workers standing and talking away with nothing to do. OMG, how can this place be in business?

Northern tool you are the worst company I have every dealt with. I ordered a Generac xc 8000e commercial job site generator last year in Dec. It was promised in 9 days I have got over 4 emails with delays and excuses the final delivery date was to be August 7th.Over 9 months of excuses. They hit my credit card every month for $3,142.84.I had to change my payment method because my old card got hacked,I notified them immediately and changed payment method and was told I had to pay in full ,so I did. The next day they cancelled my order. I called the local northern tool store and talked to the manager he said the discontinued that model of generator, they did not know that for 9 months and took my money. Now I'm trying to get a credit, they said 3 days. Thanks for wasting my time northern tool and Generac. Stay away from this company there customer service sucks .

Sells used items as new. I purchased a "new item" only to get it home to begin assembly and see that it had been previously assembled and even used (there was grass stuck in pivot points) before ultimately disassembled and boxed back up. Its an outdoor tool and the item will serve its purpose so its not worth the hassle of trying to return it. I did try to reach out to the store management and was never contacted back. I understand needing to sell a returned item, but it should be marked as such and sold at a discount. I'll never buy from them again!

Do not buy from here and expect to return and get your money back. I purchased scaffolding before it was ever delivered I returned it. Out of $640 they reimbursed e $160. I have co tacted them through Amazon and I contacted Amazon with no response. $400 was literally stolen from me. I never received or used it. There are better deals.
