Very Helpful Staff. Always patient with me even though I can only get there right before closing.

Phil took my call, a product was listed online out of stock. He was nice enough to check inventory on their catalog along with in store and come to find out they did have it in stock and saved me over an hr of driving! One of the nicest people you could ever meet, very helpful in store also!
Edgar was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist along with being a muscle to move heavy items he has no problem getting his hands dirty.
Would recommend them by name to anyone going there!

I can't believe how personable, friendly, and helpful the staff is! Two 50 some year old women looking for something that is easily out of their wheelhouse and the gentleman helped us, jokes with us and was so happy to understand our need. Bought the trailer hitch, wiring adapter and some other goodies in the sale racks. Wonderful experience.

Previously I gave this company 1 star due to delivery issues. They had the best price for a shelving unit we wanted, so I called the manager & spoke about my previous experience. After our conversation, we placed the order & I'm happy to say that within 2 hours, our product was delivered!!! I appreciate the manager making sure we were taken care of. Based on this experience, we will do business with them again.

I have been shopping at Northern tool since back in the " 90 " it is a store I trust they almost have what I'm looking for in stock.
I for one am glad They are continuing to stay in business and carry the quality tool's I'm looking for. Good Job! Not to mention the repair department they always know what they are talking about.

Wonderful Products but shipping has been a little Difficult…..but they certainly keep their customers a Top Priority and Help with any shipping issues!!! Will shop here again for sure!! I think they need to switch delivery companies!!

I found the Mecca for straight tools and no nonsense. The workers where super helpful and nice when I bought 2 trailer wheels and some shop lights. Prices seemed right and selection was overall decent. No issues with the items bought this far.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Lisa was very helpful on making sure our order complete because of the damaged box and helped you find what you needed. We will definitely go back to that store. Thanks for the great experience.

Awesome place to get high quality tools. I have never had a day going in there that I didn’t find the staff helpful. They’re knowledgeable and they want you to find exactly what you need.

Two aspects of this company are included in this review - their selection/pricing/availability as well as their customer service. They have tools and equipment and supplies that I sometimes wonder "where would you even go to buy that?". The prices are decent, especially if you watch for sales and promotions.

Customer Service - I called the 1-800 number regarding a return/refund on something that I had just purchased within the last 2 weeks that went on super-sale. I was willing to take the new-in-the-box item back to the store, return it, and then buy a new one at the current sale price. But they just looked up the information while I was on the phone and applied the difference back to my credit card. No hassle or issues. I expected to have to explain more and make a case for why that would indeed be a reasonable approach, but I didn't need to do that. The customer service person was very friendly, very helpful, and the experience drove me to think "I must write a review".

I mentioned that I bought something from these guys to one of my co-workers and he said he also loves NT. We get their catalogs at work, and it is great to know there are companies like this out there. I'm sure they have some issues. But it seems like they are reasonable and just want to be the best they can be.

My experience was with the Appleton, WI (Grand Chute) store. And with the 1-800 number for customer service, Marissa. Very good all around. All the employees at the store seemed helpful while we were there and not rushed or rude.
