Like the store and people. When i needed to order ramps, the offered for me to look at a different model which was more expensive, not in the store, but actually suited my needs, much better. Good advice. Got a call, picked them up, happy. I found that out a year later. Due diligence. Very nice. Thank you.

Love walking the store and picking stuff from the sale item bins. I always leave with more than I came in for. Northern Tool has a great selection or stuff you won't find at other stores.

This store has a very easy on and out parking lot on Highway 100. ! If you are a Craftsman or a Homeowner, You will find great buys on tools and equipment that you use everyday !
I picked up some things for my Brother's Birthday , coming up at the end of the month !

I had an excellent first-time experience at Northern Tool and Equipment. My sales representative in the West Allis, WI store was Tom Kramer and he did a great job answering all my questions related to NorthStar power washers and related accessories. I very much appreciated his assistance.

I would give a 5 star but the sale items are often out of stock and have to come back . Now I will check online to see if it is available and hold it.

They take your order, tell you its been shipped, give you a tracking number and then nothing.........Item never leaves their warehouse. This company has a long way to go in order for them to play in the big leagues of online retailing. Especially since they market B2B. My business needs a supplier of goods that it can rely on. Not again.

Went to pick up 2 items from online order, waited over 10 minutes once arriving, cashiers and other workers were standing around doing nothing, then I assume it was the manager came up because a woman was returning items without a receipt and at this point my items had been brought to the front and sitting there, and I saw that one of the items in my order was not right so I said I've waited over 10 minutes, my time is valuable, I am not waiting any longer for you to get the right item, I am not paying for something I didn't order, get your act together and walked out without my items.then a short time later I received an email thanking me for picking up my order.i contacted customer service and they called the store and they lied to them and said I had picked up the order.So, since I had been charged for items I did not receive, I filed a dispute with paypal and they investigated and I received a refund back to my paypal account.buyer beware if you decide to shop here, quite frankly I can't see how they are still in business with service like this.I would never think of buying anything here, I can get everything they have somewhere else that has good customer service.
