We had a simple bathroom project that turned into a major headache. Carl and Noah helped to save the day! They were honest, knowledgeable, patient, careful, thorough and did a fantastic job in helping us get back on track. And the customer service team is great as well! Cardinal has become our plumber of choice and we recommend them highly!

Jonathan was awesome! He fixed our tub drain & installed a toilet for us in under 2 hours. He was friendly, and professional. He cleaned up the work areas completely. Working with Cardinal through the entire process has been fantastic. From the original emergency call for no AC after hours on July 3rd through all the communication leading up to the technician visiting us. We especially liked the picture and little tidbits of info about Tyler. While onsite, Tyler was very upfront with everything he was doing, answered all my questions and took pictures of everything as record. He even identified a safety issue that was quite likely overlooked by a different service provider just 6 months ago during a routine inspection. I also appreciated an immediate call back for scheduling with a "comfort consultant." We have used several different providers in the area and found Cardinal to be the most customer friendly and responsive. We have also recommended them to family who are now customers. What a fantastic job the Cardinal employee did. Really knows his stuff. Also cleaned up every bit of area he worked in. Looked better than before he came. Pleasant man and very kind. So very grateful that after 2 previous plumbers, this company came and did it right the first time. Cost was very reasonable. Much less than I paid the others! Thanks Cardinal.

Update: I would increase this review to 5.5 stars if possible. Days after the work was completed I called to request a small adjustment. What I considered mostly cosmetic Cardinal took seriously and sent a tech out to correct right away (within an hour of the call). Cardinal stands behind the quality of their work and has absolutely earned their 5-star rating!

I randomly called Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning to research their programs and costs. Within minutes of that first call I was convinced that working with their team would be a great decision.

Right away their team was "on it", staying in touch, working to get us improved dates for service (which they delivered on), as well as educating us on what we needed to get done.

We are now on their yearly maintenance plan. We've already had one visit and the technician they sent (Kevin) was top notch. Very professional, great customer service and total mastery of his craft. To us this visit was a confirmation of the choice we made when we decided to go with their team.

From sales, to customer service, project and parts management to technicians, they stand apart as "best in class". In a business world full of poor customer service it is so refreshing to come across a company that really understands how to practice what they preach.

My air conditioner stopped working, so I made a call to see if they could get in and check it out. They were very prompt and easy to work with. They have excellent communication, and are very professional. After the initial consult, they realized I needed a whole new heating and air conditioning unit. I had to work so I had my sister come over and do the initial consult, when I called back, they explained the situation and offered to have a consultant meet with me after work, so that we can develop a plan for installation of a new unit. They were very thorough and explained everything expertly. Would definitely recommend them if you are in need.

The technician had my air conditioner problem pinpointed before I arrived home for my appointment. Very thorough and helpful. Quick service. I go to Cardinal for all of my HVAC needs. I HATE mice!

Recently had Cardinal out to clean our ductwork in our home. Our technician was on time, very friendly and informative. The process takes basically a full day and he was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and found. Highly recommend Cardinal for you duct cleaning needs.
