Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning

We called due to an outage -- the heater failed to engage once when the temperature dropped too low -- and a filter that was over due to be changed. We are VERY grateful that Rick was dispatched to our home. His thorough inspection of our furnace revealed a previously undetected hole inside the system that was leaking CO. Rick did everything he could get all of the replacement parts that we needed that same day, so that we could keep warm without poisoning ourselves. This made for a long day for Rick, but he did not stop until all of the work was done. He showed us each item that needed service, and explained everything that he was doing, patiently answering all of our questions. We were very impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail.

We replaced our 20+ year old furnace when a leak was found in the secondary heat exchanger during a system check, meaning harmful gas was getting into our house. Plenty of photos documented everything. They sent a sales team out the same day, and we actually got the new furniture installed the next day! These guys are so carful and always professional. Their prices are very competitive too. I couldn’t ask for more. Thanks again Cardinal!

Cardinal showed up the same day our electricity went out. Bad wiring to AC in 88 degree heat wave. Mike was the electrician and he fixed the issue. Great to work with.

First of all, their work is topnotch. My complaint is that Levi came out to replace my water softener equipment. He was very rude. I then had my electrical box replaced. One of their workers stole my valuable drills and drill bits. Both times I complained and was met with excuses. I got zero satisfaction regarding my complaints. I just wonder what else was taken from me. My tool boxes had been rummaged through. I am still very upset over this.

The experience from the initial meeting to determine a solution, the quick response with the quote, getting me on the schedule super fast and the team that did the install ALL were incredible! They did a wonderful job diagnosing issues with my soft water system and replaced my tank. Very courteous and thorough. We've also used them for furnace and A/C replacement in the past with great results as well.
