I can't say enough good things about Cardinal! Simply put, they are incredible. Every technician is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to explain the details of the work they are doing. The work is always high quality. Highly recommended!

We had a specific security system problem with the fire alarm going off. I explained that to the dispatcher and she said you could help. When the electrician came he said he really wasn’t the right guy he was very nice but simply disconnected the system. I think it would have been better if the dispatcher had referred us to someone else. That is what the electrician did. So to save time and money we could have gone to someone who could have done more than just disconnect the system. Thanks.

Installed a new heat pump and furnace. On time, courteous, efficient crew. They even removed a wooden platform secured by buried posts that my old AC rested on. Not easy to remove and no extra charge! Everyone I worked at Cardinal with was friendly, informative, and responsive.....from Dale the consultant, to Brett the scheduler, to Donny and his install crew. Rebate and tax credit forms were prepared for me and organized when provided at installation. They worked directly with a lender making payment a breeze at a 0% interest rate. I would highly recommend this company.

They actually came to my home twice - first time, plumbing work to run a new gas line so I could install new dual-fuel range (gas cooktop, convection oven) -- second was electrical to move the outlet for the range after it was installed (so it could be pushed all the way back) and install a new electric connection for garage light. On the second trip, they accommodated me with quick response so I could get work finished before leaving on vacation. Work for both items was done well, done professionally, gave me good information on what they were doing, cleaned up after themselves, even took away the old range. Like anything else, I wish price was a little less but still reasonable considering things these days. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future work needed

Rick, owner, examined present system, recommended options. Bid offered in less than 24 hrs. Dual zone Armstrong HVAC with dehumidifier & extensive duct/electrical work completed within 1 week of bid. Job handled by 3 very professional gents. Rick there at the end to ensure satisfaction. Another note, the installers seemed to really enjoy not only the task but their working together which indicates this is a good place of employment.

I had my furnace and A/C maintenance preformed about a week and a half ago. I turned on the A/C yesterday for the first time since then and the A/C did not turn on. I contacted Cardinal this morning and right away Rick Johnson and his supervisor came and fixed the problem. I have used a company locally and after dealing with them for 40 years they have sold the company and the new owners leave little to be desired. I was looking for a new service company and have heard about Cardinal since their trucks are seen frequently in my community.

I was very impressed with the pre appointment notifications and appointment availability. Rick Johnson is a very nice and competent technician who did a very thorough job in maintaining my systems.

Even more impressive was their response to my situation.

I thank them and the call center for their professionalism. It is nice to know that we are taken care of, and the overall experience reflects very highly on your company and employees.

After installing the handheld shower head, Matt was willing to check out kitchen spray and fixed it for free. He patiently waited while I unsuccessfully tried to locate the toilet spray he was meant to install. He applied good discounts and told me the membership. I really appreciate his work! This was my second time using Cardinal and I wasn’t disappointed.

Couldn't be happier with our experience with Cardinal, especially Greg, our rep! Very thorough, informative and helpful. The installation crew was great, too. They definitely have earned the high reviews they have. Good people, good company.

Matt was very friendly and informative about the issue i had with my kitchen faucet. Quick diagnosis and repair, once the part arrived from a vendor outside of Wisconsin. The streak of positive experiences with Cardinal continues!!!

Definitely very nice people. There was some miscommunication with the ability to replace my AC without replacing the furnace too, but they were very professional and understanding while we were working to get back in the same page. Without a doubt they worked very hard to replace both, which I appreciate.
