Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a water leak above the kitchen ceiling. It was the cold water return that goes to my sink faucet. Matt came a made a small hole in the ceiling and found the leak.
He was very courteous and personal and cleaned up everything from the mess. I would give Matt a 120% for efficiency and knowledge of this situation.

I am so impressed at the customer focus of this company! I was in need of A/C maintenance at my home in Stoughton and first found Cardinal’s profile on Yelp. After reading their reviews there, I went to their website and submitted a service request form online. Within mere minutes of submitting that form, I received a call from a very friendly, polite, and professional customer service representative. The rep explained their process and expertly and efficiently scheduled a service call for the very next day! I was just blown away by the level of customer service in that first interaction. A few minutes before the service eep showed up, I received a text message with the reps’s name, photo, and a brief bio. I thought that action by the company was a really great thing for them to do for their customers! The service rep showed up on time, did an amazingly through and professional check-up on my A/C unit, and was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout. The service rep showed sincere care and respect for my home, wearing disposable booties over his work boots when he entered my home. I didn’t expect that, but appreciated it. Again, I think the level of customer service and customer focus with this company is AMAZING - the best I have ever experienced from a service company, bar none. Such a great experience - I’ll for sure be using Cardinal into the future! Highly, highly recommended!

The technician and quote was way over priced, and a poor value. When we were trying to compare our options, the technician not only was very disrespectful to my wife, he was belittling her for trying to do the best savings for our family. Recommend highly against utilizing their services. Over charging and attempting to sell people AC units they don’t need.

Andy was extremely courteous, thorough, and professional. He had everything he needed, did complete inspections, and notified us of a small gas leak that was happening. A/C working beautifully and can't say Ive ever had a better experience with this kind of service.
