Bob was very friendly and answered my questions about yearly maintenance and gave suggestions about the water softener use too. Great guy and would welcome him back anytime. Also had furnace filter change/cleaning done the same day - do not know that man's name, but he was also very friendly and helpful. Thanks for providing a great team to your customers!

Had been having leaking issues off and on for months. Was able to get an appointment with CB&A fairly quickly. The problem(s) were diagnosed & resolved quickly. The technician was very friendly and knowledgable. Our realtor recommended Cliff Bergin and we would do the same!

Installed backup sump pump. As usual, a very professional experience. One of the owners came out to look at our situation and help us decide on the most appropriate system. Within a week of the estimate they were here installing the system. They made improvements to the existing system and modified to a battery back up. Very curtious, cleaned up nicely. Very well done - as we've come to expect from them. I'd recommend them to a friend in a heartbeat.

Chuck P. did a visual inspection (video cable) of our sewer line to find out if there were any breaks. Professional and courteous. This is the second time we've had him help us and I continue to appreciate the work Bergin & Associates have done for us over the years.

We scheduled an appointment days ahead of time with a 3 hour window. When it was nearing the end of that window my husband called and was assured they would arrive on time and be able to address our issue (which included a leak, and busted AC) before we had to leave. Guess what, they didn't show. Very disappointing. I understand that things come up and schedules change; but at least be honest or communicate a little better.

I am writing to say what a fantastic job you did on my bathroom remodel. It met and exceeded what I hoped for. The contractors were very helpful when I had questions and had some great suggestions that I am glad I used. The job was finished sooner than I expected since the contractors were scheduled one right after each other. So there was no down time when no one was there. I know that is something everyone really appreciates when your house remodel is in progress. I would highly recommend Bergin & Associates--You will not be disappointed. Jeanne Pipkorn
