Cliff Bergin & Associates

This was my first time using Cliff Bergin. I received a phone call when the technician, Kelley, was on his way. He arrived on time and was very thorough as he went through our heating and cooling equipment explaining everything as he did so. I will absolutely use this company again.

Came back from a long vacation to find our house colder than it should and not heating properly. Called Bergin and within an hour had service at our door. Problem was identified quickly and repaired. The service person, Mark, was very friendly and explained the problem so I can take care of it should it happen again.

Prompt, friendly, and informative.

Tom responded to an emergency plumbing need on a Saturday evening at 6 pm. He was extremely professional - solved the problem and was very helpful to us in decisions we plan to make. The reason why Cliff Bergin is my go-to company.

Scott, the salesperson, and Sebastian, the installer, were the best. We will keep Cliff Bergin as our “go to” plumbers for our newly acquired but older home. Couldn’t be more professional, personable, and accomplished.

Greg S. did my furnace tune-up and installed a whole-house humidifier. He answered my questions and instructed me on my new humidifier before he left. He is knowledgable, friendly, and courteous ... very professional. I highly recommend Cliff Bergin & Associates.

Jeremy S. knew just what to do to fix the water hammer that my dishwasher was causing. Excellent work Jeremy! He is knowledgable, friendly, and courteous...just like Greg S. was back in October.

Stephan H. did a central air conditioner clean & check. He found that a rodent was in the outside unit over the winter. The rodent even chewed into a couple of wires. Stephan got it all cleaned-up and fixed-up. He recommended putting out rodent traps in the winter. Awesome work Stephan! He is knowledgable, friendly, and courteous...I think I'm seeing a trend here.

They came and put a new water heater in. Called one day there the next morning. Very professional. Was clean and helpful. We had a problem with the electrical and they called an electrician in to help with the problem. Everything turned out great but they want the extra step for safety.

Had a sewage main clogged and the plumber fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Great service and knowledge and made a point of teaching me some things while he was here. His experience and expertise was evident.

I forgot to give Steve my $10 coupon. Probably due to the size of the bill
inducing blocking.

You guys do fine work. We are very pleased with the Mitsubishi
temperature control system you installed in our sun room..
