All across the board, great service. They showed up on time and worked hard throughout the day to complete the installation, a full 12 hour day! Everyone we have worked with in the past has also been exceptional, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

We called Cliff Bergin today because we had no hot water and within 45 mins Jason was here. He explained what was wrong and all our options. He replaced our water heater and reviewed maintenance and what to look for if problems. Excellent response, excellent work and friendly, helpful service. The response by the tech last night, their phone call to me at 8 o'clock Saturday morning to confirm they had the part, and the tech's arrival at 9:30 this morning was unbelievable. It took 20 minutes to repair and the furnace is back up and running. I highly recommend them.

We've been using Cliff Bergin & Assoc. for years. We've always gotten fast, friendly service. Our most recent purchase was a new furnace and water heater. We are very happy with both and hope to have many years of use out of them!

The cost of my service was way above what I expected. I did not receive a call stating that additional work needed to be done. It was done without my knowledge. I was also told prior to any work being done, that any additional work would be covered by a warranty. That warranty, I later found out, was expired. I believe better communication was in need. I did not receive any kind of discount, or sale price. I have used this company for over 30 years, and to receive $10 off for 1 of 2 furnace cleaning seems ridiculous.

Had an after-hours furnace problem. Mark solved the issue and coordinated a proper fix for later in the week. He was professional, communicative and very considerate of our skittish dogs. Will hire again.
