Fantastic experience. Really nice, friendly person, Alex was wonderful about answering my questions, and was extremely respectful of me and my Covid precautions. I ended up calling Bergin, because others who were recommended to me were unavailable, but after this, I will call Bergin first when I need any of their services.

I called in the morning and explained that my problem was not an emergency (in these frigid temperatures). Nevertheless, Jim came out the same day and gave my furnace the cleaning it needed, long overdue. It's nice to have a phone call letting you know that the serviceman is on his way. I've always had great results with Cliff Bergin and Associates.

I really appreciated Greg's insight and guidance on my cooling/heating concerns. He took the time to explain tips for care and maintenance, and actively listened to my questions. No question was "too stupid". Both my husband and I feel greater confidence in taking care of our systems. This is my first experience with cliff Bergin and associates. I hope all the team there are as friendly and kind as Greg, and value each other-makes a successful company!

Bergin sent a repair specialist the same day we called for assistance. After discussing repair, we decided to replace our furnace. The installers were here the next day. All people involved were extremely courteous. Thank you!

We recently had Cliff Bergin intall our new Carrier furnace. Dave, the sales rep, was very informative and presented four options for furnaces. The installation took most of a day. The two installers were friendly and careful to not leave any mess. The installation is very neat and professional. Per my request, they also checked the Carrier A/C unit and added refrigerant, charging only for the cost of the refrigerant. The final bill matched the original quote. The price quoted was similar to two other quotes I had received for this project. Completely satisfactory experience.

Cliff Bergin & Associates have been my plumbers since I bought my house - eight years ago. They have always come as soon as possible, been polite, efficient and skilled. I am so glad I was introduced to them by my buyer's agent. They make the plumbing problem less horrific. :-)

I had a frozen pipe on a Friday going into a Holiday weekend and first Leroy on the phone was extremely helpful and and was clear with rates because there was a chance the technician was going to get to my house after hours because it was an last minute call, but would do there best to try not to. Jay the technician was able to get to my house before after hours and did his best to try to get it done so the hourly rate would stay down. Jay was clean , respectful , explained what was going on and did all attempts before having to cut open our wall.

What a mess in my kitchen sink! Jason K. came out on Thursday evening and worked on the pipes under the sink for an hour and a half, at which time he determined that he needed to open up some pipework in the basement. He gave me the option of doing it last night (at overtime rates) or coming back today to finish. I opted for today, and he arrived when he said he would, worked for another hour and a half, and now the water is again flowing freely down my kitchen sink drains! He cleaned everything up after he was finished, ran the water in the sink to make sure everything was running as it should, and was a very pleasant person to do business with. I would highly recommend Cliff Bergin and Associates for their courtesy, excellent service, and overall ease of dealing with.

Cliff Bergin is the epitome of a well run family business that still truly cares about customer service. Their techs are so polite and informative, the time for a service call is relatively short and each time I needed furnace service they were able to repair immediately.

Moved here last fall and noticed that prior owners had used Cliff Bergin. Plumber Adam checked sump pump and reviewed operation with us and also fixed a rocking toilet and advised on a potential shower upgrade. He was polite and good communicator yet speedy and efficient. We will certainly contact again for plumbing services.
