Cliff Bergin is great. Nathan came to my house today to fix a water line issue from the basement to the refrigerator upstairs. He determined that the copper tubing originally installed was not sufficient for the water line....the copper tubing, installed by another company, was kincked and twisted. Nathan ensured that the water that was leaking on my new kitchen linoleum was quickly mopped up and even better when all was said and done, everything was cleaned up and refrigerator put back into place. Great service!

We just had your technician Greg do a start up on our newely installed Carrier Air Conditioner. As all of your tech's have been he was professional, friendly, efficiant and quick! Another really good experience with Bergin and a reminder why we do not call anyone else for our plumbing, heating and cooling needs! Thank you.

Kelly Farmer is a true professional and an asset to any company who would employ him. I was immediately impressed with him and his company (Cliff Bergin and Associates) when he showed up at my door bright and early 7:50am. Kelly was quite personable, respectful, courteous and quick to inform and educate me whenever I had a question. He was thorough and precise in his diagnosis and execution of the task at hand. When his mission was completed I had absolutely no doubt that the job was done correctly and that I could rest assured that I wasn't going to have anymore issues with my heating system. It was a pleasure meeting Kelly and sharing a mutual interest and admiration for the Chevy Camaro. I wish him well and continued success. Our sewer system backed up at 9pm at night, so I called the emergency line. We got a return call within 5 minutes, and Mario was so calming (I was hysterical), and helped us through a temporary solution until we could make an appointment first thing the next morning (we opted to wait til morning if at all possible). We got a phone call first thing in the morning, and Mario came out at 8am to fix the issue. He was on time, swift, and answered all of questions. We highly recommend him to help if we need him again!

Cliff Bergin installed a new furnace for me. The guys were great and very polite. Excellent job doing the installation and they did a great job on the cleanup. This company I would recommend.

Bob was courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed our faucet leak in record time. We always call Cliff Bergin - their service is top notch and their technicians are fantastic.

CB and Assoc. did a fantastic job! I shopped around and did my research before contracting with them and it was well worth it. I can sleep at night because there is no longer the sound of a jet taking off from my old furnace. In fact, the new unit is so quiet I cannot tell if it is running. The service crew was courteous and informative. Thanks for the great install! I look forward to the new AC unit in the spring.

We’ve been with them for over 30 years. They are the best!

We had a emergency in our basement with a sewer backup. It was getting worse by the minute upon our discovery. Bergin responded in less than 40 minutes. Bob took care of our problem in no time. Could have been devastating if he had not arrived when he did. We were so grateful for the service we received in an emergency!

They did really good work. The guy who came out was very friendly and good about answering questions and explaining things. Had a leak up top when my dishwasher water emptied, under bathroom sink leak and put in a main shut-off valve.
