Misurelli Sorensen Heating & Air Conditioning

Purchased my first home in May 2021 and I was not sure what to expect, but when we went to run our heat in November we experienced quite a bit of issues. The previous homeowners left a business card for Misurelli Sorensen on our boiler so we contacted them. It took a bit to resolve the problems, as it seemed we'd call them and have someone out and the issue would be resolved for a few days and then the next problem would happen. Each time they were responsive, patient, and professional! They made sure things were right for us and provided a bill which was better than I'd expected it to be.

I also wanted to say thank you to Bob! He was out at my house countless times and always checked up on things he'd previously worked on to make sure things were still functioning properly, we're almost a month in since the last problem and everything is running efficiently thanks to him.

The service tech Daniel was very quick to diagnose the problem. I found him to be very professional, courteous and informative in answering any and all of my questions. Very personable as well... Thank you.

Arrived in time professional and solved my problem fast and reasonable.
Michael was pleasant and tech savvy. Heat is working well.

Their tech, William Malatesta, did a very thorough cleaning and check-up of our compressor, taking time to explain his findings and observations. I’d give him a 5 star review. I marked it down to 4 due to the company’s policy for charging for a full pound of coolant when only a half pound is needed. They made $175 on that transaction!

My husband and I were looking to replace our furnace and air.We contacted several local companies all came out on time.We got immediate quotes....except from Missurellis! Dan came out on a Thursday morning, said we'd have a quote the next day.My husband called on Monday. No return phone call...our thoughts is ifyou can't even give a quote or return a call...we'd be concerned about the service...We went elsewhere needless to say.

I was so impressed with this company from the start to the finished job. I emailed this company to get a quote and a quick response back and with in a few days they were at my house talking with us. I set up a day and time to get our unit installed and that day arrived and they were early which was wonderful. The two gentlemen were very kind and worked very efficient. When I asked questions they answered me very nicely. The AC unit looks amazing and a job well done! I would recommend this company to everyone...... Thank you again

I had a whole house humidifier installed and general furnace maintenance completed. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, quoted a fair price, showed up as scheduled, and completed the work in a timely manner. They also were neat and cleaned up behind themselves. I would highly recommend!

The tech was very polite and professional. He seen that I had a newborn baby and even got my package off the porch for me. I would definitely recommend this company and this tech!

Requested a estimate to replace my HVAC Magic pal 2 times over the last several days and never received a call. I have used their services before and was pleased with the work but not receiving any acknowledgment of my requests is not a good business practice.

Friendly, and timely. Diagnosed problem quick, and repaired and replaced the compositor.
