I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from this company.....So with that being said we had appointment between 1 and 7 and gave them a specific number to call and their lazy tech continually called the wrong number instead of checking the notes or coming to the house. So now my daughter and family have to stay in a cold house another night until a different company can come fix my furnace tomorrow! No wonder sears is going out of business because their a joke!!
