Air Doctors Heating & Air Conditioning

Air Doctors installed a new heating system in a timely professional manner. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They had done some work for us before and we will definitely use them again. Thank you Air Doctors.

Estimate included items that I was told I didn't need by the tech and I was able to get a price for $1,000 less with a better explanation of the estimate and a number of options with the estimated energy costs to make a decision on rather than the "this is what you get no explanation" estimate from Air Doctors. I also found out after the fact what service call rates were and that talking time to the tech to ask questions was billed as labor time at $130 per hour.

The technician and phone staff were nice.

I had an intermittent problem with my furnace. Jason came, he diagnosed and repaired the problem. Along with a follow up call a few days later. The initial call to Air Doctors was met with customer satisfaction in every aspect.

Our AC went out on a day with a heat advisory. We called the Emergency Line and Jason was here in 30 minutes, replaced whatever we needed replaced, and had our house cooling in about 20 minutes. He then stuck around for a few more minutes to make sure it kept working and double check a couple of things. Phenomenal service on a day that was really dangerous to have the AC stop working. Thank you very much.
