I called yesterday morning after my heat had stopped working all weekend long. It was a freezing 49 degrees in my home. They were the cheapest diagnostic fee in the area and the technician arrived within the hour after calling. Turns out my flame sensor needed to be cleaned and the technician showed me the steps of what to do in the future to help diagnose and work through the issue if I felt comfortable. He was honest and fair and I was very appreciative!

My service tech was very efficient, thorough & professional. Set my appointment, then the office called and said someone canceled the appointment & I told her no, so the tech turned around and came back. There was some confusion on the office side but was very impressed with the tech and service he provided.

Extremely impressed with this organization. Our AC went out in late June. The company we used for tune ups gave us a quote that didn't make sense. Misurelli Sorensen came the same day and provided a much more reasonable quote. Dan R. was a great resource and answered all of our questions. They installed everything in less time than a third company we called was even able to schedule an inspection. We will be using MS going forward.

So happy with the service we received. Our air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days of the year so I called Misurelli Sorensen Heating & Air Conditioning and they were able to get a tech to us within just a couple hours and DeVonte was able to get our air working again very quickly. We needed a new part ordered and they were able to order the part and have the new one installed all within 24 hours. Both techs that we worked with DeVonte and Nicholas were amazing as well as the lady I spoke on the phone with. They were all extremely responsive, very helpful and super friendly.
