They are great! Heat was out on our kitchen exhaust at one of our restaurants they showed up on a really cold day within 2 hours of calling and they had us up and running in less than an hour. These guys are the best. I had an emergency 2 years ago and my heating went out in -30F temps. They came over at night and brought 3 industrial sized space heaters to help heat my house until they could order the new furnace. That was amazing. They also didn't suggest the most expensive heater available. They helped me choose what was right for me.

They also fixed a leak in my AC indoors and when it failed again the next year they repaired it (cheap part they overlooked) free of charge.

They were recommended to me by my parents and now I'm a lifelong customer.

I worked with Ashton and Justin regarding my split level heating and cooling unit. They were amazing and extremely knowledgeable with a unit that isn’t common in this area. I didnt have hot water, knew enough to know I needed hot water tank help, called Misurelli Sorensen. They were able to get me scheduled for the same day. Daniel M. was the tech and he was awesome. He helped put my fear of hot water tanks exploding to bed!! 😂 He was fast, courteous, and answered questions I had. Best price in town and left me with more knowledge then I had when he got here. Michael A Sexton did a very good job making sure that everything was working better than it was!! He was very polite and took his time explaining to me what he was doing. If I need anymore work done in the future I will definitely be asking for him to come to my house!! Thank you again!!!!

Called and setup appointment for estimate. They didn’t put it on their schedule, had to call again to get someone to come out. The tech was very helpful, we set a date for service. The company called on the date of service and cancelled stating they would not move my AC Unit and they want to sell me a whole new system. I don’t understand why the office person contradicted the tech. They were more concerned about their google rating than the experience of one customer.

I will not be calling them again. They wasted over a week of my time and a half day of work.

Misurelli/Sorensen was the only HVAC company that responded to my inquiry. I called (6) other companies in Kenosha, who failed to return my call. Dan, the sales rep, was very professional and thorough. He knew the exact water heater that would be a perfect fit for my residence. The two technicians that installed my tankless water heater were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. The technicians arrived on time, completed the work, and cleaned the work area. If I had any questions, they would answer promptly. I was amazed at their proficiency in the trade. I will recommend Misurelli/Sorensen to both family and friends.

Long story but trying to keep it short. Furnace has been sporadically not working. We had a technician from another company out here a few times in the past month but he was perplexed as to why we kept having issues. It’s a Rheem furnace so I decided to call a Rheem dealer hoping they could figure it out. Misurelli sent us a (very) young serviceman who was very nice but didn’t do anything different than what the other tech did. He cleaned already cleaned burners and checked a few things while my husband watched. Then he left. Suddenly we noticed our house was at 76 degrees in here when the thermostat asked for 68. Thinking maybe it was a thermostat issue, we called the first company tech back to replace the thermostat since we had already discussed the thermostat possibility. When he got here, he discovered that Michael (from Misurelli) had put jumpers in our furnace which kept it running continuously! It could’ve blown out our circuit board and caused other serious issues. Needless to say, we didn’t have a very positive first experience with Misurelli.

After getting quotes from a few local companies On a new AC unit, I went with Misurelli Sorensen, and I couldn’t be happier that I did! I used the chat option on their website, and received a text from Tom Sorensen within 30 minutes of me sending the text via their website. Tom gave an estimate that was less expensive than any competitor, and explained to me how his AC unit compared to the competitors. The two installers that came out were very friendly, and even made small talk about the puppy we were fostering. The price was exactly what was quoted, and I’ll be going to them For anew heater when the time comes.
