Misurelli Sorensen Heating & Air Conditioning

Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday evening. I called for service Monday morning and a technician arrived early afternoon. After less than 1hr of methodical trouble shooting our furnace was again heating our house. This company installed a new furnace for us 15 years ago, a new AC 4 years after that, and has been providing 5 star service ever since.

If anyone is looking to get a heat pump installed i highly recommend Misurelli Sorensen. I spoke to many heating and air companies for information of a heat pump and many people say that they don't work in cold weather but they don't know anything about it or they just know about the conventional heat pump wich will not work in cold weather. Brian came over to give us a quote and gave us more information about cold climate heat pumps. Our duct system was not up to code so some rooms in our home were colder that the rest of the house. They sealed and insulated it and now our home is warm and comfortable. Heat pump is rated to work below freezing temperatures and if it gets too cold it switches to the furnace. The crew is hard working and efficient, very professional.

Nicholas was a very efficient..Courteous serviceman who EXPLAINED everything well . The first call was due to water I thought came from the furnace. He came out very quickly and after checking the furnace ..realized the water was coming up from the drain.
We scheduled for a tune up...at which time he discovered a part that was not working ...causing our furnace to not run efficiently.... Came back shortly and put the part in.

I called Misurelli Sorensen this morning due to both of our HVAC units not working at all. Not only did they answer my call promptly, they sent a technician out in a few hours. Unbelievable! The technician, Nick, was really friendly, quickly identified the problem and repaired the units in about 45 minutes. Outstanding service! Thank you very much!

We have been satisfied customers of Missurelli/Sorensen since 2008.We had our complete heating and cooling system replaced in our previous home, the price was great and so was the quality of the work and the new ac/furnace system.Tom Sorensen also went out of his way to source a special filtration sytem for our house that was the same unit that another company quoted at 2 times the cost! (Exact same unit I kid you not !)We have had several systems repaired or replaced in our "new" house and the company has always done a great job at avery reasonable price. We feel blessed to have a company that we trust and feel we can count on to keep our house the same temperature as mama bear's porridge ! Misurelli was exactly what I was looking for and they went WAY above and beyond for my project. I bought an old bungalow with inadequate heating and no cooling. I knew that traditional forced air wouldn't work well within my budget. I had 4 contractors come and quote my project. They either said it couldn't be done or would be very expensive. Misurelli was my 5th quote. Brian fully understood my goals, worked with me on designing the perfect system for my home, and fit in the budget I was targeting.

The installers were professional, courteous, clean, and quick.

The attention to detail and customer appreciation is nothing like I've ever seen. Brian stopped by a few days after install and made some tweaks to the system to make sure it is running perfectly.
