When I came home from visiting my grandkids for Christmas, I came home to a freezing house. I called heating and cooling solutions, and they came out within an hour! Jake gave me some portable heaters until the furnace could be installed. Jake and Toni came back for the installation and discovered that the condenser for the central air was cracked and also had to be replaced. Jake and Tony were absolutely the kindest and most caring people I ever met. They answered all questions and concerns. Obviously, they couldn't complete the central air in January, but they came out today to finish installing the central air. Today, I had the pleasure to meet Dave, another coworker. He was just as nice as Jake and Tony. I highly recommend Heating and Cooling Solutions for both heating & air. They do excellent work, and the workers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They're like family.

I would just like to thank the Heating & Cooling Solutions Team for installing my new AC unit. The two technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me some good information on how to better regulate my airflow throughout my house after completing the install. Again, just want to say thank you.

My experience with Heating & Cooling Solutions was great. They explained the details of the installation before I made the purchase. The work was scheduled and the crew arrived on time. The installation crew was professional, personal, and efficient. They removed the existing system and installed the new system in a matter of hours, all the old components were removed from the site and they cleaned up the work area perfectly. The operation of the new system was explained to me and all the instruction manuals were given to me. The next day I received confirmation that the warranty registration was processed by the H&CS office. I highly recommend this company.

Jake came here today Friday and installed a thermostat some work on my furnace he was very professional cleaned after. these are the first very professional people and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend family and friends to choose them first.....

Great service from this company. Naturally my water heater gave out on a weekend. I called them and They had a tech out in less then 30 minutes to assess. Needs to be replaced ( as expected it was old). They scheduled for Monday morning and sure enough they were here as scheduled and went to work immediately removing the old water heater. They had to get the new water heater from the distribution center in Racine as they didn’t have the tall model I needed for my space in stock at the Kenosha shop …they had one of the techs doing that as the other techs were coming to the house so they would be on time for the early morning appt. Before the old one was completely removed the new one arrived and between Jake, Dave and Dakota who worked very efficiently I had a new water heater installed within an hour. All three techs were polite, friendly and professional. This crew and this company has always provided great service for me and I will use them again should I have need because they are thorough, efficient, and very timely. Thank you again Jake, Dave, Dakota for your install and to Chris for coming out on a Saturday to assess and advise. In less then 48 hrs I have hot water again!

I used this company for a mini-duct system in my house. They did a truly incredible job. The mini-duct system works perfectly in the summer for A/C cooling, but it also works very well for a secondary heating source. I turned on the heating feature when it was -5 and it did a great job adding heat when the radiators were struggling. I'm confident after using the heating function that if the boiler does fail, the mini-duct system can keep my house warm and avoid freezing issues.

They also are extremely fast in getting out to your house for an appointment. I used them to look at my boiler and bleed the radiator. I made the appointment Sunday, and they were here on Tuesday at 7AM. Extremely knowledgeable and I trust the recommendations they give. I will be using this company exclusively from now on.

Bill and his crew were outstanding. Boiler went out (again) so we had a new one installed... during a chilling cold day and NO Power at the house. They fixed piping that had previously burst and installed the new boiler ... All is working great! They all knew what their jobs were and what they were doing. Couldn't have had a better team !

I would recommended using Heating and Cooling Solutions. They come and check my air and heat twice a year and you can pay in advanced for the next season they come back. They’re nice and friendly people who call ahead before they arrive and talk to you and ask you questions about your AC and Heating unit.
