The technicians have always been great to work with and provide me with a detailed summary and explanation at the end of service. I have been using this company for years because they do great work. I’ve always been left happy after they finish for my annual service.

They sent their salesman, Nick, out to look for solutions to a room that gets too hot due to the loss of a shade tree. Nick was extremely thorough and we discussed several options. I haven't decided what I'm going to do but Van's is on top of my list.

Van's Heating and Cooling has a program for veterans called the Hero's Club. They did our tune up for FREE! Mike was awesome! He was very polite, personable and extremely knowledgeable. He did a thorough job on our tune up and gave us advice about replacing a couple things without trying to push us to buy things we didn't want to purchase from his company. We highly recommend Van's Heating and Cooling! Ask for Mike!

Nick was very professional and courteous. This meeting was to provide quote for a replacement air conditioner unit. He was able to answer all our questions about replacing our ac unit.

Being busy parents with full time work schedules, I was thrilled with getting a same day appointment without the emergency fees. They took this to an astounding level when the service technician Patrick arrived only an hour after calling, he was polite, knowledgeable, informative and friendly. He walked me through step by step the issue we were having and how it operates. He was happy to share his expertise without making me feel uninformed. Nick arrived moments later to walk us through the entire process of options for our lifestyle and home. He helped us with financing and all the numbers. There was nothing for me to have to research, or spend more time with quotes. He quickly scheduled an installation and set us up with space heaters for a short time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone .

Randy had a big job to tear down the furnace interior to get the blower out , clean it and get it hooked up again and working right. He was professional, personable and answered clearly all the questions I asked. It was a pleasure having Randy handle this so satisfactorily. Gavin did a free, thorough follow-up 60 days after install to make sure the furnace was operating perfectly!
