Technician Bailey, showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed my problem and had my ac on in no time.

We have used Van's for several years on this home, and service has always been great. Bailey and a teammate came out for routine maintenance. Not only were they very thorough, but highly knowledgeable, and extremely professional and courteous. They went way above and beyond on explanations and recommendations and gave us some great ideas. Gavin did an amazing job! He was incredibly thorough, explained everything for each step of the process. He is a definite asset to your team! Good help is hard to find these days and outstanding employees don't hardly exist anymore! Gavin falls into that category of an outstanding employee! Give this man a raise!

Mike McNeill was very pleasant and friendly to my wife and I all through the appointment. He even helped and found me answers to other problems with my condensation pump for the A/C unit installed by another company. Great job on the A/C tune up, we are all set for our furnace tune up!! Mike is very professional and friendly, I do recommend Van's and all their 5 star employees!!

Bailey did a great job of explaining the options for work I need done. He took the time to answer all of my questions about how my HVAC system works, since I have an uncommon component. He was thorough and very courteous. Thank you!

Van's has really been there for us over the last 15+ years--- I can highly recommend their ongoing summer/winter maintenance program and their professional service technicians. We were scheduled for a routine A/C tuneup this week, but had an older furnace blower motor that went out and unexpectedly shut down the system --- Randy came out, diagnosed the problem, got the parts delivered from De Pere and, despite a complex repair, had it all fixed and running again by the end of the day. Rather than reschedule maintenance for a different time, he stayed late and got the A/C maintenance done, too. Thanks, Randy!
