Mike showed a focused and professional approach for furnace maintenance. He took the time to explain clearly what he found and the condition of the furnace. Mike answered the questions I had. I am so glad to have someone I can trust. Van's Heating and Cooling is well represented by Mike's work ethic and professionalism.

Furnace was malfunctioning and called Vans, tech was here within 30 minutes. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and was straight forward with his opinion of my system and recommendations.

The office called ahead to remind me of the service and kept me well informed on what was going to happen. They gave me a 1 hoir window of when he was to arrive. Randy called when he was on his way and he came well within his window. He was very courteous, did a thorough job, cleaned up after himself and let me know kw what he did and did not find. Excellent job.

It was a great experience. I will admit I was a little apprehensive the day before but the minute the guys arrived I knew I was in great hands. All three individuals went to work and did a superb job. They answered all my questions. Very lucky to have had these guys. So glad I went with vans. Also very impressed with the salesman last week. We had Mike out from Vans to perform a heating system tune up. My husband is a veteran and we are enrolled in their Hero’s Program which has been wonderful. They come out and do a tune up free of cost! Mike was personable, experienced, and took his time to make sure we were comfortable with our service and equipment. I was overall impressed with the service we received and will continue to work with Vans and hope to continue to have Mike as our technician.

They were super easy to work with! I work in outpatient health care so I do not have the ability to take off for appointments. They let me pay ahead so my dad could be there for the appointment. My dad is very finicky when it comes to the heat and ac maintenance and he was very impressed with the tech that came. I also price compared and their deals are great and give you piece of mind that if something does need to be replaced it won't cost you and arm and a leg. Definitely happy with my choice.
