Keller completed my routine furnace maintenance today. He was professional, introduced himself and explained his experience in the business; his grandfather had his own heating & cooling business and seemed proud to carry on in his footsteps. I felt very comfortable having Keller in my home. He had my requested replacement filter for my humidifier unit and also replacement furnace filters on his truck. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Keller thoroughly explained the condition of our furnace and the maintenance steps he completed. Next time we call Van’s Heating & AC, we would welcome Keller back.
