Van's has been our go-to service for over a year now. They are kind and professional. They give excellent advice and only recommend services that are necessary. They always arrive on time or work us in early. I highly recommend Van's!

Randy was very professional and responsive! Maintenance was quick and Randy gave us all the pertinent information! Definitely recommend!

When our air conditioner failed, I called Steve M rather late in the day and within a short time, after hours, he returned the call. He was very busy, but was willing to immediately come over. We ordered the equipment and set up an install date which was in one week! Great service!,

The install had a couple surprises, but due to the expertise of Jason P, the equipment was installed correctly and in a timely matter. He kept me informed of all aspects of the job. We appreciate he went above and beyond, went the extra mile to make the job right. We were pleased with their thorough clean up after the installation. Jason’s technical knowledge along with excellent people skills made for a positive experience. Also, not included in the employee list was Jack V, who assisted Jason. He also did an excellent job.

All in all, it was a positive experience because of these individuals. I will recommend Van’s One Hour to anyone! Great service, great experience!

They have been taking care of our AC/furnace for 15 years! Awesome service, every single time!! It’s time to replace our AC and the furnace works great now but we decided to pull the trigger on Van’s Optimum Comfort System. Nick was fabulous in presenting the options for the cost and quality. Bailey was very thorough, kind and spoke so I could understand what issues we were having and how we could move forward and resolve our issues. I learned a lot. He explains everything clearly and for me that was very important since I have very little knowledge about heating/ cooling. Great service provider!

Jacob came out for our annual AC check, he had bad news, which we expected, (AC unit was 33 years old) but he was very professional and was very remorseful about the news he had to share. All things considered great job Jacob.

Steve came out to make sure we got the correct furnace and a/c unit for our home, he checked out everything and explained how and why everything needed to be done. Steve is professional and personable, he knows his stuff!! Very happy with the results of his visit! Once again great job Vans!!
