First of all, I had to look far and wide to even find a company that would 1) come to my home--since I live in a remote mountain area 2) service my free standing propane fireplaces 3) even consider looking at my wood burning stove. Richard from Farwest CC took care of EVERYTHING. Fixed all the problems, did pro-active maintenance fixing some worn out parts, checked my wood stove (which was ok) and showed me how to maintain things better. Both the office staff, and Richard are clear, concise, positive communicators--making my whole experience easy and happy. As a Senior lady who lives alone, it gives me peace of mind knowing everything is now safe---plus I know who I can call if needed. Worth every penny!!

Our hot water heater failed on Christmas !
FarWest responded and installed a new one as quickly as possible. The installers were polite, clean, helpful and strong! Thankful to have hot water again and for their responsiveness .

The technicians that have provided service over the years, Jose, Erric, and Justin, are always professionals! Jose was here today for our service agreement checkup and he is always pleasant and thorough! Office staff are great too!

I called on a Friday out of heat with a 30 year old gas furnace. They said on the phone that they would get to me even it was after hours. The serviceman came, diagnosed the unit and it looked like we would need a new circuit board and harness. That could cost $500-800 depending if it could be ordered. However he noticed a solder weld problem on the board and Re-soldered it and problem solved.
All this for just a service call, that’s honest service.

They were prompt (on-time) and performed their job to my satisfaction and completed everything in one day as per the agreement. Good people that took time to answer all of my questions. I've had them perform my service for years and would recommend them to everyone.

Just got a new unit for heating and cooling. The men were very polite. They got the job done quickly and made sure EVERYTHING was cleaned up before the left, and took the time to make sure I knew what to expect from the new unit, all the information on lifetime warranties, and answered all my questions!

Justin came today for our semi-annual tune-up. He was on time and friendly as he went about his work. He displays a competence that we greatly appreciate while cleaning and checking everything. He had some dollar saving tips on thermostat management also. Thank you, Justin.

WE have always been very impressed with the service at Farwest. They go out of their way to help. we recently just purchased a new unit as our other unit had to be replaced. Because of the heat they brought us a portable unit to help out. We highly recommend them

Received same day service on a furnace issue and the tech (Mark) was very professional, quick to diagnose the issue and pointed out a couple issues w/the original installation (not done by farwest) that he could quickly remedy. I was very pleased w/the experience.

We were impressed with everyone we met from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone!
