If you do choose to use this company, keep your children close! Their drivers have no regard for children's safety. I own a daycare and was putting 6 children on the bus with another handful waiting in the driveway and they flew past the red flashing lights and stop sign at 60+ mph. The bus driver blew the horn and the van completely ignored her, didn't even slow down!

We have been under contract annual maintenance agreement with Farwest, Inc since we bought this home in 2015. We are very satisfied with the company and the service technicians who come and make our semi-annual service calls. The techs are very well trained and friendly and personable. We have complete trust in their knowledge and training in the service of our HVAC unit which was installed in 2008.

These guys are top shelf from the office staff to the guys in the field, every one was very professional and Brent and Brandon work very well together, we were coming down to the wire of freezing temperatures and Kelby got the schudule to remove the old unit and next day reinstalled the new one very promptly, great job

I received several quotes to replace my air conditioning unit and keep my heater, Farwest was by far the best value. Everyone I communicated with were professional, responsive and performed excellent work and customer service. Ryan, the sales person, was early and called ahead of time, presented my options and quoted all the options he suggested with qualifying the different equipment advantages, while leaving the choice open for me to decide on what we needed at this time. I recommend Farwest Climate Control to anyone needing new air handling equipment for their home, they will be replacing our heater when it too goes out.

Hired this company to replace my furnace and cooling system. Everything was great until they called to tell me that another job was not happening due to problems with supplies for that job not being ready, and they asked if they could start on my install a day early. I thought that was fine and would work, but they ended up not being able to finish at my house on the same day due to a problem with not having supplies ready. So my family went without a furnace or AC for a night due to coming out to my house early which lead to not completing the job on same day. Why come a day early if you’re not ready for the job when it took you till next day to complete anyways? Minus 1 star.
Added to this, they removed my old thermostat, which was not old, and did not ask me about whether I wanted to keep it or not. When I asked for it back before they left the job, they could not locate the thermostat because according to them they had destroyed it or disposed of it. Not sure which because I was never provided with an exact explanation as to what happened to the thermostat. I would have appreciated being asked if I wanted to keep it since it technically belongs to me and worked fine. Moreover, how hard would it have been to just set it in my garage instead of throwing it away when nothing was wrong with it? Minus 1 star.
Needless to say, I will think twice about recommending this company to people in the future.

We recently upgraded our home's heating, air conditioning, and hot water systems. We chose Farwest from a word-of-mouth recommendation through a work acquaintance.

This company was on-point from start to finish. Within several days of our initial call, they had a person on site to assess our current system, make upgrade suggestions, and provide an estimate.

Within a week from the time of the estimate the field crew showed up and installed the new upgrades. They were timely, considerate of our privacy, and performed all work at a high level of craftsmanship.

I could not have asked for better service in the emergency state I found
myself. Though no one could predict when my existing system would fail, it was still quite a shock! However, each person I saw was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient and made each step in replacing my HVAC system smooth and as painless as possible. It truly was a pleasure to deal with this company. I felt at ease and in good, very capable hands. While I feel fully initiated now in the unexpected, often major, events that occur to homeowners, I felt each person I encountered here was supportive and did their best to help me with a quality system suited to my needs and resources. Our A/C failed in June 2019. We contacted one of the other "well known" companies in town. They scheduled us out a week+ due to how busy they were. They asked that we be around from 8:00-noon to meet the repair person - they did not show up. We asked an adult child to come by and wait just in case they came later. We went out to an appointment where we were in a meeting. They called while we were in the meeting, and we did not answer immediately. We called back within 20 minutes but they had sent the repair person to the next appointment. It felt like the woman on the phone was scolding us for not answering the phone, and she told us that they had been burned many times when they sent techs out and people were not at the house. We had to reschedule out another 5 days. They eventually came out and diagnosed the issue as being a bad compressor. The tech gave us a repair quote but told us it was not a good idea due to the R-22 freon being discontinued. We asked the tech to have the sales person call us for pricing on a new unit. After a few days with no call, I called the "well known" company and asked to be contacted. A week went by and three more calls later - still no return call. We contacted Farwest and the experience was sooo different. They came out within 3 working days. We received a friendly reminder call. They came within the first 30 minutes of the time window that they gave us. They re-diagnosed the system and did not charge us because we could show the bill from the other company. We asked for the sales person to contact us. He called and came out to our house within 2 days and gave us the quote. We scheduled for the end of the week, but they came a day earlier. We received a couple of friendly and helpful follow up calls and reminders before the install. They finished in one day, cleaned up after themselves and the system works great. It was wonderful to feel like you mattered, and not like you were begging to get service. All the Farwest staff were prompt, courteous and professional. We would highly recommend them.

Our 22 year old HVAC System recently failed. I had requested proposals from multiple local contractors representing several brands. For us, choosing a competent, professional, and trustworthy contractor was the most important decision. Fortunately, we made a great choice. Farwest delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Ryan assessed our needs and was very thorough with his recommendations and proposal. The install crew-Mark, Brandon, and Matt were courteous, professional, and very conscientious. Little details such as calling ahead to confirm install start time and cleaning up after themselves was much appreciated. Their workmanship is top notch. I was impressed with the finish details. It is great having a contractor do what they say they will do. They exceeded my expectations. Thank you Farwest!!
