From the initial phone call, through maintenance completion, these folks provided outstanding communication. Everyone was super helpful, kind and professional. I'll call on Farwest to perform system maintenance from now on.

I had a whole new air conditioning and heat pump installed. They recommended the perfect setup and everything old was removed, and everything new installed in 2 days. They were as professional as I ever could have asked for and even wore shoe covers to keep our floors clean. I also had them install a gas fireplace last fall. I recommend highly this company for any of your heating/cooling needs.

Our old water heater died and flooded the garage on Dec 30. We called Farwest at 9am, and they had a service person out to evaluate the situation within two hours. They gave a fair estimate and had a new water heater installed within 24 hours. We are most grateful for their quick and helpful service.

We were extremely impressed with how quickly Farwest Climate Control was able to get to our problem. The technician was supposed to arrive b/w 10:00 AM and noon, and they said he'd call before arriving. He called at 10:00 and was here when he said he would be.

He was extremely knowledgeable and very consciences of our home (working with a fireplace that he had to take apart, which of course was very dirty) and when he left, things were perfect looking and working perfect!

Called this morning hoping to get an appointment to fix furnace that was kicking off & had gotten as low as 55*. I don’t remember for the life of me the gal that I talked to from the office, but she was awesome & had Jose out to our home less than an hour after our conversation. Jose was very knowledgeable, helpful & professional. He showed me the issue, explained options & always asked if I had questions. Definitely saved me today!

The workers were professional and on time. Our breaker was mislabeled and they were able to find the problem and fix it in a timely manner. We are now in a comfortable home again because of Far West.

I called Farwest Climate Control today to schedule a service on my gas fireplace. It wasn't an emergency, and I told them that, but they had an opening today. Eric came out and cleaned my gas fireplace. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and explained everything he was doing. Now, I am confident that my fireplace is working safely and correctly.

These guys are the best! I have had Farwest out twice now and both times the service was prompt, friendly, informative, professional and reasonable. There was no high pressure to buy a new unit and I was given options on what I could to to fix the Unit I have. I would
never call any other than Farwest. Thank you Farwest for the great Service and wonderful people you employ!

We are very happy with Farwest Climate Control. We needed a new HVAC unit fast. It was getting up to 90 degrees in our house during really hot days. They scheduled us and performed the installation very quickly. Their technicians were very professional and friendly. They got the new AC unit working quickly so that we could start it up and cool the house down while they finished up with the furnace. My family and I are very grateful for their quick response to our HVAC needs. Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement.
