We appreciate Farwest. They saved us money. We were eligible for a rebate that the company that sold us our propane stove failed to mention. We would not have received money back if Farwest hadn't made us aware of this significant rebate.

Farwest was was very professional and helpful. We will be using them again for any future services. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Great bunch of guys and gals. The field crew really knows their stuff well. I had them come to my house today and they installed pipe for a new natural gas line and then installed a brand new gas fireplace insert. Ryan was very thorough in his evaluation of our situation. (Our heat pump failed). We have an older home and there has been some work done that Ryan noted had not been done up to code. Ryan designed an affordable plan that would correct the problems as well as get the cool air going again.Brandon and his team showed up at 8:30 A.M,. and by 4:P.M. the heat pump and a new water heater were installed and operating. All of the work was done in a neat and workmanlike manner. The mess was cleaned up and Brandon made sure we understood the operating instructions. Matt was kind enough to bring a window air conditioner to keep us going until Far West could get to us. (Three Days). Every one of the team was kind and thoughtful. They answered all of our questions with good humor and solid knowledge. awe were blesses to have Far West take care of us. We are very pleased.

Greg was responsive, pleasant and courteous. He went above and beyond in telling me the procedure of the scheduled AC maintenance. Also was helpful with showing me how to turn on/off gas to indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Much appreciated!

Brandon, Cory, Brandon and the Electrician "Sparky" (Sorry I didnt catch your name), all did a fantastic job for replacing our heating and cooling system. They were conscious about protecting our floors and made sure that all my questions were answered. All of these young men were professional and they have a close working relationship. Each one knew their job and all worked very well as a team. And financing was so easy!

Contacted FARWEST to get an estimate to install Central Heating/AC in our second home. A representative came out to assess the home and recommended installing the ductless mini-split systems. However, we requested quotes on the traditional duct system and the mini-split to weigh out our options. We were told we would have a quote by the end of the week. Five days had gone by and we contacted Farwest again to get an update on the estimate. The representative recontacted us stating he “had dropped the ball” and would give us an estimate by “Monday.” He also noted we would need more mini-splits than originally noted during the visit and the tradition duct system was “impossible” to install. The representative was short and pushy with a product we weren’t really interested in. Two weeks have gone by since this conversation and we have yet to hear back from the company. Their loss.

Thankfully, we contacted another heating/air company who delivered excellent customer service, same day estimates, had no limitations on what whey could and couldn’t do, and installed our system the following week.

Would not recommend FARWEST due to reliability, responsiveness and customer service.

We've been using Farwest for a couple of years now. They have replaced portions of our unit, done preventive maintenance and just installed a new mini-split unit. They are always very responsive and courteous. Highly recommend them!

I have an older A/C unit that stopped working, I called Farwest and within a few hours the Technician/Jose Gonzales was here and considering the temperature was close to 100 I was very happy to see his smiling face. In a short time the A/C was blowing cold air and things were back to normal. Jose did an outstanding job, very polite, professional, and I will personally recommend Jose @ Farwest Climate Control to anyone with any type of heating or A/C needs. When it comes time to replace this relic we will definitely be buying from Jose and Farwest...Great Job !

We contacted Farwest after a different company in Yakima refused our business because my 75 year old mom asked them to wear face masks and they refused. Farwest was much more accommodating and from what I understand, wearing PPE is their common practice during these uncertain times. Our gas water heater was not working and I needed a true diagnosis of the issue so that I could move forward with either replacing it or fixing it. Their technicians were highly professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous and I want to thank them. They made a stressful situation much less stressful in our household.
