Great company! Kyle was very prompt, helpful, and did a great job with my furnace maintenace. Gave great recommendations as well. Will be using them again this summer.

Excellent prompt service, great price, attention to detail, on time everyday, the value exceeded their promise, quality products! 3 day install, new furnace, air conditioner and multiple zone installation, had 3-5 guys here daily. Appreciated their respect for my house and really nice quality people. Absolutely recommend Dan's for all heating and cooling needs.Great support after install too.

About 2 years ago we had a new Heat Pump / Furnace installed through the PUD weatherization loan program. This has been the worst experience we have had. The system doesn't cool the house let alone heat the home properly. We have had Dan's out several times to fix the problem. Each time its a new service tech, each time they replace the thermostat and say we should be good. Each time it fails to deliver. Last time we were told that because its energy efficient that the air will never been cold coming out of the vents and that this was normal for the unit. Yesterday 4/21/15 another prime example... 80 + outside, 81 inside the house. Tried to set the unit to cool to 74, 5 + hours of running the house finally got down to 79 degrees. We are at the point now were we wish we never bought the unit and will have to find someone else to come out to see if they can fix what Dan can't seem to do. Would not recommend purchasing from Dan's.

5/18/15 -- After posting my review I received a call from Kyle at Dan's Top Notch. He scheduled and appointment to come out and look at our Heat Pump / Furnance with the technician along with calling the manufacturer on the phone. They found that the Heat Pump condenser was not working properly and would have to be replaced. They fixed it free of charge since it was under warranty. So far since the replacement, it has been working great. They have asked me to remove my review but I dont see a way to do it so I am adding this comment to my original review.

Be Wary This company tried to sell my spouse a $5000.00 unit. Then when that did not work they sold her an extra diagnostic charge over the flat rate diagnostic charge. Did a $540.00 replacement of a gas valve that did not ultimately fix the issue of the heat turning off when the weather dipped below 35 degrees which did not happen again until there 30 day warranty ran out. During the next ice storm we had no heat again the exact same issue. Then They would not come out unless we paid an emergency $160.00 charge. We passed on using their services for a second time. They do not stand behind their work in my opinion. I would be very wary of them. WE used space heaters until a reputable well qualified company had an opening all and All using this company cost us. $655.73 in repairs and buying space heaters to have heat until another company could fix the issue. Would not recommend them at all.

Mike from Dan's Top Notch was amazing. He was here same day, earlier than quoted and got right to work. He gave a fair and honest assessment of our needs. They did not have the part in stock, but Mike went to pick it up at the supplier himself. He was back within the hour, and had the job completed BEFORE his scheduled arrival window expired. I highly recommend them if you have heating and cooling needs in the Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania area!

I called Dan's at 10 in the morning and they were there by 1:00. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 45 minutes. Best part, they didn't take me across the coals. Definitely top notch

Contacted Dan's Top Notch to have our system looked at and make sure we were in good shape going into winter. Technician Ray arrived right on time, listened to our questions and concerns then went to work. He looked over everything, found a contact that needed replacing in the heat pump (and replaced it). Can't say enough positive things about Dan's Top Notch! Thank you again to Ray!!

As these things happen we suddenly found ourselves in need of a new condensation pump so we called Dan's Top Notch. Kyle was here within an hour and installed the new pump and we were up and running again. Great service and friendly serviceman. Will call again. (hopefully not too soon!)
