Holliday Heating + Cooling + Electric

Holliday Heating and Cooling scheduled me a visit within a few days, even during a very busy month. I had two visits total, and both times the technician was incredibly professional and honest about their thoughts. I was able to watch the tests, and they explained what they were looking for each time, so in the future I knew what to look for as well. They will definitely be my first call in the future.

Had a wonderful first experience with Matthew! He was thorough in his explanation of what he did to remedy our furnace issue and what would be recommended in the future. No one tried to sell me anything either which is always a plus. Just genuine, honest service to address what was necessary.

Really though, it started with Stacy who got me scheduled and set up with a membership (seriously, look into that!) before getting a technician to my home, which was scheduled for a week out but they got me in same day with a cancelation. Chalk it up to say I'm a happy customer!

Great service! Arrived as scheduled, called before arrival, diagnosed the problem, order the part right away, and checked with manufacturer for warranty for coverage. Repair will be scheduled as soon as the part comes in. Fast, friendly, efficient service. Happy on all counts! Being a Service 'club member' saved us $$$.

Brian called to confirm his arrival time and did a very thorough inspection of our furnace and gave us tips on the modes on our smart thermostat as well as recommendations for filters. So glad we went with Holliday Heating!

Tom is very knowledgeable and explained his findings to us in a way we could understand. He quickly found the issue and fixed it and also give us some good insight into how our HVAC system was designed to include some good, and maybe not so good, things about the design. Great service, highly recommended.

I had a scheduled house call with Holliday for my furnace not producing a flame. Brian gave me a call when he was on his way and showed up right on time. Brian was very professional and personable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ran to get the replacement part, and replaced my broken part in a quick manner. He even gave my furnace a full inspection for proper functionality and took time to inform me about all other aspects of my system.
