The team was amazing. Nick was patient, kind, a fount of knowledge, and he and his colleague did a fantastic job on the house. They were very respectful of the property and their report was also comprehensive and very helpful. Their fee was very reasonable and great value for money. We will have them back for all of our HVAC needs from now on!

I had such a good experience with this company! We had actually tried to use a different HVAC company previously and they brought up a lot of scary issues that were going to be very expensive so we decided to have Holliday Heating come out and take a look to give us a second opinion. Connor G. is who came out to take a look and he was very thorough with his work, addressed all my concerns, showed me and explained everything he was doing and was super friendly about it! He went through and checked all the concerns the previous company brought up and they were actually not concerns at all and I think they were just trying to get a sale. After this experience I’ll be hiring Holliday for any future concerns or repairs, I feel like they’re an honest company that really want to help people and aren’t out to make unnecessary sales. Thank you!

Holliday was recommended to me. They were responsive to my needs and time frame. We had to have some electrical troubleshooting done before they could complete the job. They were timely in coming right back to get the heat going before another cold snap hit. The call and text before arrival, and were on time and patient when I couldn't get there as quickly as they did. Matt, their service person was very comfortable showing me the problem and explaining what had happened and what it meant for the lifetime of the Furnace.
This is experience was with my Mother's house. We have a different heating service for our own home which I can Not give the same recommendations to. We will be changing to Holliday for our own home heating system.

Our usual company reached out to do our maintenance. That tech said we needed a new furnace. The very next day, the furnace broke. They said it would cost $1200 and a week to fix. Holliday came out, discovered it was a disconnected wire and had it up and running in minutes! There were a few repairs needed but it only came to $500. Connor was amazing!!! So kind, honest, and straight forward. I will always recommend them and will be their customer from now on! Thank you so much!!

I was going to leave one star, but after reading some other reviews, I realize it could have been worse. We were recommended this company to do a basic HVAC cleaning and service, a basic gas fireplace cleaning and service, and a couple minor but specific items on our hot water heater. These were closing conditions for selling our house, and therefore we were on a time limit. Went through the list to see if they could do the services. Spoke to the owner and the CSR that booked the appointment for 2 weeks out to try and accommodate weather conditions for an AC cleaning. On the day of service, the tech showed up at 3:00pm for a 12:00-5:00 service window, so no problems there. He told me they couldn't do the AC because of weather still being too cold, which was understandable. An hour later he calls to tell me there is an issue with getting to the furnace due to the location, and they will need to come back to complete that service. Annoying, but I have worked with state regulations, so understand there was little that could be done. The main issue was the work on the water heater. In the same call about pushing the work on the furnace, the tech told me they weren't certified to do the hot water heater, and we needed to hire a plumber?? I was confused since the two other people I had booked the appt with 10 days ago had no issue booking this service. If this was an issue, why did they waste 10 days we could have been booking work with another vendor? After some back and forth, including calling the original contact (who also happens to be one of the owners) it was revealed they were going to subcontract the work, and only had a plan to get the make and model number of the WH that day (which they had never told the tech, so even that is in doubt). From the start the work wasn't planned to be completed that day, and apparently it was "unreasonable" for me to think it would have been. I don't care they needed multiple days to arrange the work, or that they were going to subcontract. The issue was the communication in regards to scheduling, between the techs and the office, and to their customers; and when they were in the wrong ALL the blame on them not doing their job was put onto us as the customer. Had they owned up to some communication issues on their end, we probably could have saved the interaction. Instead they got defensive and blamed us, showing us how they do business and what we could expect if we were going to continue using their service. Since all the work was going to have to be rescheduled anyway, we took our business elsewhere.

New furnace and AC. Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and always on time. Did a lot of work in a very timely fashion. Cleanup was excellent and passed inspection from the city without any hesitation. Thanks to the whole team. Great experience and we have already sent two new customers their way.

Brian came out and was wonderful. Very thorough and knowledgable. Explained what he was doing and why. Diagnosed a problem and identified some maintenance stuff to address. I was really impressed compared. Previously I used R & R Heating because THEY installed my system. NOW, they said they couldn't come out because they lost their Geothermal Guy. Sadly, I have had too many disappointments with them. Holiday Heating is my new go-to for heating and cooling
