Chad, Ryan and the rest of the crew are fabulous. Our heat went out on Thursday and by Friday Chad spent two hours with my husband, thoroughly inspecting everything and found wires that weren’t to code plus gave us recommendations for new ac and furnace. The crew was at my house by Monday morning with the whole family enjoying hot cross buns by the afternoon. The most important part is how respectful and thorough the gentlemen were of my home and the great dynamics between the crew. Thank you so very much 🤩

The technician, Steven, arrived promptly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My furnace is 29 years old, and he knew what to look for based on its age. He made the repair and also examined other potential trouble spots. He mentioned Holliday's annual repair program that saves money, and I signed up for that! Very happy with Steven and his skillful work.

Brian came out and was very thorough in his inspection of our furnace. Another company came out and said they couldn’t turn our furnace back on, that it wasn’t safe to operate. Brian was much more thorough and shared several of the issues he saw that needed to be addressed.

He was open and honest and shared upcoming changes to natural gas in WA state that we weren’t aware of. These were issues that weren’t raised by a local company from the Spokane Valley.

Spoiler alert, I called the other company’s comfort specialist and told him we were going a different direction….

Courtland showed up with his crew on a winter’s day to install a new furnace and air conditioner. Even though it was snowing like crazy ALL day, he always had a smile on his face and great attitude about it all. He was focused and efficient and exuded confidence throughout the whole process. December 23 with subzero temperatures may be amongst the worst possible time to have your furnace go down.

They set me up for an emergency appointment and then were able to save me the additional fee when they had a cancellation.

Awesome service. Had another company called but they never showed up. Holliday answerd the phone and had a technician out in just a couple of hours to diag and fix my HVAC.
