Excellent service and Communication. Explained work accomplished clearly and concisely. Did not try to sell what was not needed, even went above and beyond to repair a motherboard issue that arose during the maintenance inspection, at no charge to us. We now have a HVAC Team that we can rely on for the foreseeable future.

Nick was thorough and professional when he came out to do maintenance on our A/C. Tested, recommended replacing a part, then retested the part again and said it actually wasn't necessary to replace the part and we were good to go That's superior customer service and transparency! I don’t normally post reviews, but I have been so impressed with this company and their service. Craftsmanship is top notch, and the fact that the employees seem to enjoy working for this company speaks volumes. New furnace is better than we expected, and we are very pleased.

This was a sales call at my request. I had a prior experience with Holliday that was tremendous and vowed to use them when my A/C required replacement. Ryan came by and was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable about his profession. He listened to our needs and asked various questions to zero in on the best solution for us. After seeing our old unit and touring the house he made the recommendation for us on which unit would work best for us. He arranged financing that would work best for our budget as well. I trust Holliday and am convinced they will do a great job.

Nick is fantastic! Very professional. He tried every trick he could think of to get a bird out of a vent that blew open and a bird got in. Installation is coming out Monday to pull out microwave and flush bird out. He was so close to capturing it!! Great try Nick!! Thanks 👍Jason and Eric came out Monday and got the bird out of run. Even though they had bad news about our AC needing to be replaced the technicians were thorough and very respectful of our house and even pointed out an issue with the hot water tank and explained what we would need to get to replace it ourselves when we declined them to repair it. Very great experience despite the fact that we will need to replace the AC.

I worked with Chad, Austin, and Brian and they were all a pleasure to deal with. We needed a new HVAC system for our mobile home. Chad came out and quoted the job the same day we called. On top of that, they were back with the new system in two business days! They had some trouble getting the old ducting disconnected from the roof vent due to rust but they didn’t give up and plowed through it until they got it out. The price was in line with other bids and they didn’t charge extra for the unforeseen roof ducting and vent work. I can’t think of anything I would change- we’re thankful to have such an upstanding and honest family owned HVAC company that services Medical Lake!

Jake was super friendly and knowledgeable! He showed me the upfront prices so I know what to expect. He was able to fix our central air and offer advice on how to maintain. He answered all my questions! I would highly recommend this local company!
